Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10metres and lift of 2metres in all kinds of soil except mediumrock, dense medium rock and hard rock requiring blasting including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick, watering and consolidation and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places as shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift. cleaning,levelling the site etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.20B)

Conveyance of excavated surplus earth to low lying areas through tipper lorries upto 2km lead including,labour charges for loading,transporting and unloading in low lying areas shown by the departmental officers

Random rubble masonry in CM 1:5 (one cement, five sand) using best new rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortar including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, Culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, into welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cmx 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 15cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP Spl. Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one cement and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for Reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and cost of reinforcement but including cost and conveyance of materials to work site, all labour charges and incidental charges for mixing and laying concrete,finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.30)

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position of steel reinforcement using mild steel (or) ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending rods, tieing into grills, placing in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.( TNBP No: 15886)

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Platering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials finishing curing and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Laying Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement,two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for plain cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and centering including all labour charges and incidental charges for cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, mixing and laying concrete finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.28)

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.

Supplying and fixing of MS grills for doors, windows and ventilators as directed by departmental officers including cost of MS grills, red oxide primer one coat and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scribing clean remove of dire etc. complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification
