Material and labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular), colour & pattern as approved by GE, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick as in floors of landing/passages/raiser & treads of stair case steps etc, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, edges rounded with three line grooves in each tread of steps, laid over and including cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Kota stone to be used for treads and risers of stair case shall be in single piece.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, edges rounded, laid over and including cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab skirting 20-25mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, edges rounded, laid over and including cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm, 7 to 8mm thick, colour & pattern as approved by GE, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Granite (of any type as approved by GE) work of best quality (table rubbed and polished), 18mm thick, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite, including full moulding of exposed edges with polishing, laid over and including provision of cement screed base 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and taking down / dismantling of existing plaster/ stone of any type, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Granite shall be provided one piece with width minimum 70mm in jambs, cooking platform shall be of full width as per site. The back surface of grinate shll be made rough by sprinkling small pebbles using adhesive for bonding with bedding layer.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area not exceeding 1.5Sq.m each, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of windows (casement/sliding) & ventilators (Louvers type) including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e., at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as dpecified ans as directed. Note : Quoted unit rate is deemed to be included sliding arrengments for sliding window, including locking arrengement, powder coated aluminium handle 01 No with each leaf, tower bolt with 2 Nos each leaf, 2 Nos hewavy duty aluminium hinges with each leaf and 01 No powder coated stay for each leaf with casement window and moving arrengement for louvers in case of louvers type ventilators.

Supply and fix sheet glass, 4mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber beading for aluminium section in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane including small pieces as required for louvers in ventilators complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick marble tiles machine cut as in skirting/dado/Jambs, and jointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and polishing and moulding complete, laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood plain framed panelled shutter (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides with size of rails and stiles as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and pressure treated complete all as directed

Supply and fix Second class hard wood, 35 mm thick second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive gauze, glass etc., (with sash bars) divied into into sqare and half portion panel upto middle rail and will be provided with 12mm thick pre laminated board laminated on both side and edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizess of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a) and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of FRP laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
