Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc. complete, and disposing the same 100 metres away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Contractor must be informed to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.

Cutting and Felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete for trees of girth mentioned below complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Girth beyond 30cm, up to and including 60cm, measured at 0.5m above ground level

Earthwork in excavation necessary for construction of roadway including dressing, trimming and compaction the cut formation in accordance with requirement of lines, levels, cross fall etc. all complete as per specifications and disposal of all cut surplus / unsuitable materials and stacking of suitable materials with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres as per clause 301 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing & construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting in layer, compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 complete all as per clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 406 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respects as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface, cleaned with mechanical broom etc. complete in all respects as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface, cleaned with mechanical broom etc. complete in all respects as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading II (19mm nominal size). Premixed with bituminous binder (of 60/70 grade) @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transported the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note: The item rate shall include conducting all field tests / laboratory tests.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading II (13mm nominal size). Premixed with bituminous binder (of 60/70 grade) @ 5.4 to 5.6% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transported the hot mix to work site, laying wit a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per clause 509 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note: The item rate shall include conducting all field tests / laboratory tests.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes conforming to IS: 458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various pattems and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour equipment charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Providing and applying Kerb painting with Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying in trenches of RCC hume pipes NP3 class (as per IS 458) of various sizes for drains / service / cable crossings including making necessary joints with spun yarn and cement mortar 1:2 curing complete.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision), fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Informatory signs as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

All kinds of soil with depth up to 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1Km

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using PPC cement and 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position raming compaction, levelling curing, shuttering , dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts, Including forming Horizontal & Vertical grooves/drip moulds of 25 mm wide and 8 mm deep in the plastering surface and fixing wooden reeper in the shuttering itself at all levels correct line, level and plumb as directed by EIC. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted. Note : 1. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. 2. The rate shall include for providing necesary holes, chamfers, drip mouldings, pockets, application of approved form/mould release agent, making cutouts, slits and depresssions for fixing pipe sleeves at all indicated locations etc. in formwork as directed by EIC.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration/cage ladder/handrails etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing laying and fixing with uPVC pipe laid /embedded under floor slab and fixed to walls wherever required FINOLEX/PRINCE or other approved equivalent make of UPVC stabilized - SWR PVC pipes - Type B (Suitable for soil and waste discharge system having wall thickness of minimum 3.2 to maximum 3.8mm) conforming to IS - 13592 - Latest edition and PVC pasting type specials such as door bends, door tees and cowls etc. heavy quality for soil waste or vent or anti-syphonage PVC pipe with necessary PVC clips and joints.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Technical specifications clause 803 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision).

Providing and constructing 400mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:5 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm Grade C (5.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / blockwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using washed cruhed stone sand, 20 mm thick in two layers, base layer 12 mm thick and a top layer 8 mm thick finished rough with sponge. including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Removal of existing GI chain link fencing with fencing post, SS concertina coil, Barbed wire at a height upto 4.0m over RR masonry wall including braking the concrete and removal of fencing post from RR masonry loading, transporting, unloading and stacking as place shown by Engineer-in-charge upto a lead of 1.0km. The rates shall includes making approches, to reach the fence area, tools, tackles and labour etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
