Taking down cement plaster on brick or PCC, stone masonry wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key surubbing down with water etc complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etcismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6.0 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 incl demolition of existing brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement & cement lime mortar complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on external surfaces of walls etc in cement mortar 1:4 with Pidi Proof 101 LW(+) or Dr fixit or equivalent liquid water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of Water proofing admixture shall deemed to be included under this item). Note :- The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings up to 14 M ht of buildings .

M&L for rendering 10mm to 30 mm thick as required at site in cement mortar (1:3) , for repair of RCC chajja, roof projection, fin facia , balcony railing etc including applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/sqm befor rendering , finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed. Note :- The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings up to 14 M ht of buildings .

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 15 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down existing PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 20 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up or down existing PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 Ltr Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia PTMT float valve including dismantling of existing PVC tank complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repairs 20 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 250 and not exc 500 ltrs capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment with following specification completely , complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Cleaning of existing surface and taking down water proofing treatment properly with steel wire brushes (ii) 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface finishing even & smooth without using etra cement including WPC (liquid) as per manufacturer instructions (iii) Applying evenly a tak coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3 kg / sqm (iv) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS- 702 @1.2kg/sqm (v) Laying of 3 mm thick APP modified memberane weight not less than 3 to 4 kg / sqm in 100 mm over laps both longitudinally and transverrsally and overlaps to be sealing by torch , memberane shall be taken up to the thickness of slab / front fascia (vi) The memberane shall be torched into groove on vertical, plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3 (Note :- Rate of WPC deemed tobe included in the quoted rate of this item)

M&L for PCC tiles 300x300x 20 mm thick laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 5% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 20 mm layer of cement mortar 1:4 and finished neat slurry complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Rate of WPC deemed tobe included in the quoted rate of this item)

M& L for one coat of aluminium paint over the APP membarene @ 0 .11 kg / sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC Type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm greaded stone agregate) for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, levelling course & etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof vering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
