Demolition brick tile/cement concrete tiles / APP Membrane by using hand held electric drills , cutting machine , chisels etc (direct use of hammers on RCC roof for demolition is strictly prohibited) of roof treatment including padding concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surface by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge.

M & L for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding , coping , roof kerb incl haunching , beching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick in CM(1:3) rendering on fair faces concrete surfaces/roof top mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed . Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP modified polymeric membrane thickness not less than 3 mm plain membrane (weight of membrane not less than 3.80 Kg +/- 5% per Sqm) and weight of centre core polyster mat shall be 160 gram +/- 15% per Sqm and lower side finished with 10 to 15 micron thermo fusible polyethylene complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following courses of descriptions below :- (a)The surface of roof, parapet and gutters and drains mouth etc over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be thoroughly cleaned of all foreign matter, moss dust etc by wire-brushing and dusting. For cast iron/PVC drains outlets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angles-fillets provided at junctions between roofs and verticals faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipe, chimney stacks etc and other similar situation to ease up about corners. (b) On the prepared surface one coat of Solvent based bituminous primer (Sika® WP shield Primer or other techno commercially Equivalent make of STP/IWL ) shall be applied @ 0.35 to 0.50 Kg/sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. The time delay of laying of membrane after application of primer shall be as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Laying of polymeric waterproofing membrane and bonded completely to the substrate & the overlaps are then sealed /fused by flame torch as per manufacturer instructions. (d) The overlaps shall be of minimum 4 Inch (100 mm) side lap and 150mm at end ,sealed by the flame-torch.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium primer on membrane over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified

M & L for cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 mm thick , laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloumns, beams slabs, chajjas and the like as diected, roughening and cleaning in concrete surfacces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting of steel reinforcement , providing facbric mild steel wire mesh 75mm x 75mm x 2mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 20 mm thick (average thickness) dubbing coat in CM (1:3) including 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 even and smooth complete all as directed including providing scaffolding system on the exterior side, upto three storey height made with wooden balli/bamboo of suitable size or MS tube stiffened with suitable bracing, runners connection with the building, challies for making working platform upto requisite height and required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. Complete as per direction and approval of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for half mirror polish grinding and polishing of kota stone/marble etc. flooring and skirting complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wall panelling or ceiling boards of any descripton any thickness & at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL 15 mm EXPOSED STEEL ANGLE. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC Upto 0.5, Light Reflectance >85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS 476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 38-41%.The steel angle should be of “Armstrong” make with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32,mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/Sqm. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per Sqm & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test ,Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centre to centre incl 4 mm dia suspension wire MS @ 1200mm C/C complete all as specified and directed according to manufacturers instruction and Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605x605mm, the snap grid shall be of main & cross tee of size 36.5x25x1.4mm (weighing 0.24 Kg/RM) and angle of size 23.5x26.4x1.4mm (weighing 0.191 Kg/RM) fixed to wall with rawl plug and stainless steel screw 50mm 450mm c/c and tied with and incl 4 mm dia suspension wire MS @ 1200mm C/C all as specified and directed.

S &F in repair for 12mm thick Gypsum board 60x60cm in size fixed in ceiling (GI/aluminium snap grid work) with screws as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PVC false ceiling consisting of 600mmx 600mm ,5mm thick plain PVC sheet of density 600 kg / cum used as a panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium angle and 'T' section of size 25mmx25mm of 19 gauge or 1 mm thick a square pattern of a grid size of 600mmx600mm . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and as per manufacture's spection .Make : Rajshri / Everest/Sintex as approved by GE. Note: Rate of aluminium frame work shall deemed to be included in this item.

S &F in repair for 12mm thick Gypsum board 60x60cm in size fixed in ceiling (aluminium/GI snap grid work) with screws as per manufacturer instructions and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Solid PVC wall lining complete consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame incl PVC beading in same colour at bottom and top as per design as approved by the Engineer in charge complete all as per manufacturers specification and all as directed.

M&L 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.Make : Rajshri / Everest/Sintex as approved by GE.

M&L for repair to chajja area not exceeding 2 Sqm each including plaster in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate on top with PCC benching/ haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate incl. all necessary scoffolding arrangement up to height of 12 mtr.

M&L for repair to chajja area exceeding 2 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each including dismantling of upward facia, cutting of reinforcement, plaster in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top with WPC, benching/haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate incl. all necessary scoffolding arrangement up to height of 12 mtr.

Cutting and taking out grass shurbs, plants, small tree roots in building wherever periodical services to be carried out in OTM in any position and at any height (two storey building) and treated with necessary chemical/ acid to avoid for this further growth and disturbed portion making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and 15mm thick plastering etc in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The cost of scaffolding and T&P required for repair will be deemed inclusive in this item).

M&Lfor repairing of damaged portion of mouth at terrace/roof surfaces of rain water pipe by cleaning and reparing to mouth of RWP by using CM(1:3) with mixed with liquid WPC and sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete to make pipe of rain rain water pipe and roof surfaces fully leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleanning of roofs by getting out growing vegetations /grass & brooming down with removing it out of MD land premises of including repairing to damaged surfaces of roof by using CM (1:3) mixed with 3% wpc & sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete in patch not exceeding 2.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
