Water Cooler Servicing/ Inspection of water cooler of any capacity/type/make installed at different units at NAMS on site including disconnecting electric and water connection of water cooler finding of defect including dismantling of compressor, relay, capacitor, thermostat, motor, PVC hose pipe, condensing coil including fixing new spares/parts complete as required all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note (i) The new spare/parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items however fixing charge of all spares of water cooler shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Transportation charges for carrying the plant from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Replacement of minor spare parts whose cost are less than 100 rupees including cleaning of water tank, serciving etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates. no extra cost shall be paid for the same. (iv) Detecting the Gas leakage,Vacuuming the unit and rectify it by gas welding/brazing , charging of refrigerant gas . (v) Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

Supply only of new compressor sealed unit suitable for water cooler of any make/type and 150 ltr/120 ltr/ hr cooling capacity, medium temperature range, including replacement of filter and making connection and detect of leakage and rectifying it by gas welding or any other means etc. including Gas charging of any type refrigerant as required on site including testing of new sealed unit compressor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Material and Labour for replacement of old damage rusted water cooler body with new water cooler body fabricated from MS Sheet 18 Guage thick, necessary angle iron work of required size, cleaning, washing the sheet with moderate solution, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including writing MES/SM number with white paint of appropriate size complete all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply only compressor sealed unit alongwith one year guarantee certificate suitable for refrigerator of capacity 165 to 210 ltr of any make/type, medium temperature range, including replacement of foundation bolts, rubber pad, strainer, capillary tubes, suction and discharge pipe line and including gas charging of any type refrigerant as required on site and detect of leakage etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Note (a) The new spare/parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items.however fixing charge of all spares of deep freezer shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate (b) Transportation charges for carrying the plant from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (c) Replacement of minor spare parts whose cost are less than 100 rupees including cleaning of water tank, serciving etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates. no extra cost shall be paid for the same (iv) Detecting the Gas leakage,Vacuuming the unit and rectify it by gas welding/brazing , charging of refrigerant gas . Supply only of new compressor alongwith one year guarantee certificate suitable for deep freezer of capacity 300-400 ltrs and any make/type, medium temperature range, including replacement of foundation bolts, rubber pad, strainer, capillary tubes, suction and discharge pipe line and subsequently Gas charging of gas type as required on site and detect of leakage etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

All as per sr item no 25.00 here in but for deep freezer of 100-205 ltr capacity Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only fan motor for deep freezer of cap upto 400Ltrs cap Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Split/Window AC: Servicing/ Inspection of AC window/split type of any capacity/type/make installed at different units at NAMS on site, including jet washing,cleaning of filter,coils & checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, Remote control unit, fan, blower, etc., finding of defect including dismentling of compressor, blower motor, evaporating coil, relay, thermostat, condensing coil and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair including fixing new spares/parts except capacitor, front grill and electronic control circut card complete as required all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note (i) The new spare/parts except capacitor, front grill and electronic control circut card required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items,however fixing charge of all spares of Split/Window AC shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Material and labour for repair/servicing of water purifier , RO system , UF stabilized TDS controller of kent Elite MRO model through authorized service representative and replace the defective components and RO made functional, minor items such as waste pipe,pvc connector,elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down Exhaust Fan of any make & size from existing position of any height for repair, mainteance and refixing the same after neccesary repair complete all as directed. Notes (i) The defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch . (ii) Cost of minor items i.e. Screws, nut & bolts etc shall be deemed to be included in the above item.

Hanging only ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep after repair & maintenance with existing down rod clips,lock nuts etc. Note:- (i)Refixing of repaired fan in any location of NAMS area with in distance of 5 Km shall be contractors responsiblility at his own arrangement of transport and tool and plant.(ii) cost of minor items such as hanging clamp,split pin, steel screw,rubber reel etc included in quoted rate.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan upto 1200/1400mm sweep AC 230 volt with super enameled copper winding wire with an appropriate gauge and no of turns as originally designed by manufactures with all type of packing /insulating material varnishing including dismantling & reassembling after repair including cleaning and painting of ceiling fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying one coat after rewinding of the same and marking MES number and testing completeall as specified and directed by Engineer incharge.
