Removal of bushes and vegetations on the both flanks of the Dam, Flume disposed away from site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc complete.

Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shale, murram gravel, stoney earth & earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil and depositing the earth in the places shown by the Engineer with initial lead of 10 M and initial lift of 2 m etc., complete, complying with standard specifications in the fencing post foundation, Gate piller, Ramp, steps, plinth protection wall, Rapid sand filter and seepage portion of the earthern bund @110M from intake structure.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 150mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver sin Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges,rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5 on the Entire Camp area and main gate to IB, office building.

Providing and applying of Tack coat using Bituminous Emulsion at the rate of 2Kg per 10Sqm over the BT surface in approach to Dam and Maravakandy Camp near main road including clearing of road surface and spraying as per Clause 503 of MORT&H and directed by the Engineer.on the Entire Camp area and main gate to IB, office building.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20cum fo 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.43cum of13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by8- 10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc.,including labour forattending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all including fuel and all other incidental charges for theon the Entire Camp area and main gate to IB, office building. alround and approach to dam on both flanks etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50- 2.36 mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 4 0mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler ,tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9 m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumaticroller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidenta lcharges for the on the Entire Camp area and main gate to IB, office building. alround and approach to dam on both flanks etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 40mm and down graded including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications in the fencing post foundation, Gate piller, Ramp, steps, plinth protection wall, Rapid sand filter.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded on kerb wall, catch drain, approach road, protection wall including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour, shuttering charges, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications in fencing post foundation, Gate piller, Ramp, steps, plinth protection wall, Rapid sand filter.

Supplying, fabrication and erection of structural steel of 75mm X75mm x8mm for placing of verical and strut post post for chain link fencing and other structural work for Name Board including cost of binding wire and lead, lift etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of GI Chain link fencing 10 gauge of approved make and standard size of 50 x 50mm of the Dam including cost of all materials lead,lift, aligning, labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing alignment in position of main gate 1 No. and 1 no. wicket gate of suitable size with MS structural steel for the Dam enterance and flume exit point including cost of all materials lead,lift, aligning,painting with primar coat, transport, labour charges etc., complete. as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Flush pointing in cm 1:3 on the RR masonry joints including cost of all materials with all leads, lifts, labour and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work in the catch drain on the D/S side of right flank area.

Cutting and removal of wind fallen tree on the approach to earthen bund and left flank approach to dam on the exits point of flume and disposed away from the site as per the directed by the Engineer in charge of the works as per technical specification including cost of labour, hire charges etc,. complete.

Supplying and filling with red/ well gravel locally available within a lead of 40 Km for forming the damaged bund with necessary original slope as per the drawing and watering, compacted to an average density equal to 100% of standard protector density subject to a minimum density equal to 98% including cost of all material, transportation, with water & rolling by hand roller, lead, lift, labour etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by engineer incharge of work.

Plastering with cm 1:3, 12 mm thick For steps on upstream side Right flank and For steps on downstram side left flank including cost of materials, labour, lead,lift, curing, etc complete

Rough Stone dry packing a thickness of 300 mm for aprons and revetment with filter materials such as Gravel,Sand and crushed stone to a thickness of 150 mm on the U/S side Left flank of the dam, watering,consolidation and cost of materials labour leads, lift, etc complete

Sectioning and trimming, the side slope of bank and laying red earth upto 7.50cm thickness along the both sides of Road compacted to an average densityequal to 100% of Standard Protector Density subject to a minimum density equal to 98% and standard specification including cost of all lead,lift,labour,transport and as directed by the Engineers incharge of the site.

Removing and repacking the existing RR pitching stone with filling materials such as Gravei,sand and crushed stone to a thickness of 150 mm for dislocated portion of revetment on upstream side left flank including watering, consolidation and Labour charges as per the standard specification etc., complete.( Excluding cost of revertment stone).

Providing and placing in position Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2:3 for Right flank of Spill way floor using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with shuttering all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS rods of required size for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of binding wire, steel rods, conveyance charges, cutting, bending, tying with all lead, lift and labour charges etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Drilling holes of 32mm dia to a depth of 1m in rock for providing 25mm dia grip rods for on the D/S side of the Spillway including cost of drilling, labour, lead and lift etc, complete.

Supplying and Providing 25mm dia RTS grip rods for the ridge weir of the Stilling Basin including cost of all materials, Cutting, bending and fixing in position and grouting with cement slurry with all lead and lift etc., Complete.

Supplying, fabrication and erection of Gauge plate made of structural steel frames of width 30cm, cutting, welding, fixing in position, etc., painting two coats of enamel over one coat of primer, fixing 30cm width of Procelin Gauge plate of required thickness in the frame, stickering for reading the levels, fixing on the dam as instructed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift transportation, etc., complete.

Removal of deposited silt by depolying earth moving machinery from the reservoir intake & Flume exit portions, transporting to a lead of 2 KM, depositing the exacavated silt at stack/ disposal point, levelling the site and jungle clearance wherever necessary, loading and unloading charges including water diversion works, forming temporary approaches and dewatering, etc., complete.

Racking the existing crack on the concrete Dam upstream side for a depth of 25mm and re-pointing with special mortor (Epoxy treatment) 25mm thick over the racking area using cement mortor 1:3 on the damaged portion as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, hire charges of machineries transportation with all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges as directed by the Engineer in charge

Colour washing using exterior and interior emulsion two coats over one coat of Primer to the outer side of the dam parapet wall & building structrures including cost of all materials, labour. T & P etc complete.

Dismantling the existing Manglore tiles in the damaged quarters including cost of labour,lead,lift and transport the debries away from the site.

Dismantling the European/ Indian type water-closet with P or Q trap and clearing the site from the existing damaged quarters including cost of all T & P ,labour etc complete.

Dismantling the Plain Cement Concrete including cost of all materials, lead, lift, Clearing away from the existing damaged quarters Transport, etc., complete.

Supplying and placing in position of pre cast concrete RCC ring 0.3m height and 1.5m dia and 50mm thickness.. (10 Nos for 1No.Pit) Inside the Septic tank / soak Pit including cost of all materials RCC Cover, leads lifts etc., complete

Dismantling the existing damaged wooden Doors, windows and ventilators are clearing away from the site (100 % damaged) and removing the debries as directed by the site Engineer from the Damaged quarters, Police guard Room and Dam maintenance office including cost of lead, lift, transport etc complete.

Providing and placing in position Rein force Cement Concrete1:1½:3 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded to I.S Specified in Damaged quarters and Dam maintenece office including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete but including cost of steel reinforcement as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of new single stem musical note rubber seal of size 40mm or suitable size with good quality rubber and adequte hardness for all four sides of Scourvent gate using new SS cover plate, bolt & nuts washer,etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seal,seal cover plate,bolt and nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and throughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of Engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permisible limit including the cost of materials, labour charges,lead,lift,etc.,complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.

Overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers,pulleys etc., complete of Intake gate using whatever suitable size/type spare required such as bearings ecentric pin,seal ,aluminium bronze bush, spacer plate,gasket,spring etc., with good quality as per IS for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the replacement of wornout parts,cost of dismantling,all materials,labour charges,lead,lift, etc.,complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.

Over hauling and reassembling of the Gear box, gear coupling, pinions,rope drums, etc., of Intake gate complete using whatever suitable size spares of IS standard are required if any parts got damged in it and then bring the entire Gear box assembly into service for trouble free operation as per the instruction of the Engineer at site,including cost of dismantling,all materials,labour charges,lead,lift etc., complete and less the cost retrived materials

Supply,fabrication and erection of walk over platform and handrails over the trash rack area across flume exit location for moyar fore bay dam using ISMB 300x140 as vertical & horizontal support,ISMC100x50 as cross bracing, 6 mm thick MS Plate for stiffners ,ISA50x50x6 as main frame for laying gratings & vertical support for handrail,ISA40x40x6 as gratings outer frame,ISF 25x8 as gratings inner member and ISA 75x75x6 as vertical support, MS pipe 1 ½ '' dia, 3mm thick as horizontal support for handrail ,ISF 65x10 as toe guard,etc., complete as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of all labour charges,transporting charges,concrete chipping charges, concreting works, loading and unloading charges etc.,complete .

Painting with two coats of Epoxy coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate primer of approved colour and quality after cleaning,scraping,and removing the old paint in the existing surface of the Intake gate & trash rack and scour vent gate as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift etc complete.

Painting with two coats of Epoxy coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate of approved colour and quality at newly erected trash rack & walk over platform at flume exit location and additional trashrack panel in front of existing intake trashrack & its walk way arrangements as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift etc complete.

Painting with two coats of Epoxy Zinc rich Aluminum paint over one coat of Red oxide Zinc Phosphate primer after thoroughly cleaning the surface of hand rails around Intake gate's hoisting platform area completely as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of materials,lead,lift etc ,complete.

Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 415 V, 100 Amps TPN metal clad switch with rewirable fuse unit erected in a outdoor metal box of adequate size of reputed make with ISI standard with necessary supporting arrangements to the satisfaction of the engineer at site including cost of materials, labour, lead lift etc complete.

Supply, errection ,testing and commissioning of new 5HP, 400/440Volts, 980 RPM, squirrelcage induction motor with terminal box of reputed make with ISI standard at dam top by replacingthe existing failed Intake gate motor with necessary coupling arrangements for coupling the motor with existing gear box, modification/alignment of the motor with gear box etc., to the satisfaction of the Engineer at site including cost of material, labour,lead,lift etc., complete and less the cost of retrived materials.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of new 4 core x 6 sqmm, 1100 V, PVC insulated, armoured, multi stranded, LUG copper cable of reputed make with ISI standard , 8 SWG GI earth wire, 40 mm class 3 (6 kg/sqmm) UPVC pipe of finolex or equivalent make with ISI, UPVC fittings, 8 SWG GI wire and laying the cable in open / concealed wiring as required and excavation & refilling with cement concrete wherever necessary at dam top to the satisfaction of the Engineer at site including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
