Taking down carefully old aluminium/copper point wiring for one light, socket or power etc incl all fitings such as switches sockets, holders, light fittings, fan requlators etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall ceiling complete all as speicified and as directed.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated cable with copper conductor 1100 Volts grade, multistranded flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) in existing PVC conduit of 20 mm dia concealed in walls, roof etc with existing 1.6mm thick MS terminal boxes concealed/surface in walls with and including 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover for fixing switches, switch sockets outlets etc including provn of 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed as earth continuinity cable for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out ceiling fan 230 volts 1200/1400mm sweep any make cutting the old burnt winding rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire as existing guage including insertion of insulating papers threading and insulating with insulating warnish, lathe work, replacement of 2.25/3.15 MFD capacitor, replacement of MS split clamp 02 nos with rubber reel and painting after completion of rewinding process complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for taking out of any DB of any make for attending NO light /Earth leakage complaints from technical area and disconnecting the wires/cables from terminal blocks and connection to feeder and cutting/removing the damaged worn out conductor/wires portion and reconnecting the cable to terminal box after servicing and making serviceable condition testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:material used for serviceable condition will be measured seperately.

Note For Day to Day maintenance:- (i) The contractor will be alloted complaint on daily basis and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaint within 24 hrs from the time of reporting.Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit penalty at the rate of Rs.50 per complaint per day as mentioned in relevant clause of contract. (ii) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non completion remarks from users & MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engineer In Charge or JE detailed by him duly signed. (iii) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr In Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non completion or delay in rectification of complaits beyond state time limit set for disposal complaint in case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer willl be final and binding in this regard. (iv) The quoted rate deemed to be incluisive of transportation and other expenses required for the resorce deployment at the complaint site around at Airforce station thanjavur. (v) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed periodically by Engineer In Charge to streamline complaints disposal system (vi) No light/earth leakage complaints has to be attended immediately and feed back to be get from user and intimation to Engineer In Charge or JE detailed by him duly signed.
