Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Cold twisted bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Structural steel work in built up sections and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete (Welded).

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone agg. below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Sand for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.
