Dismantling of overhead ACSR conductor of any type and size including removing of PG Clamps, jumpering etc and kept in safe custody for reuse serviceable ACSR in the work & removing unserviceable conductor from site, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissinoning in replacement LT Feeder piller box outdoor type of size 1.5x1.5x0.6m suitable for working on 3 phase ,4 wire ,415 volts AC, 50Hz ,outdoor cubical type, and tested at CPRI, Outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle iron frame duly powder coated of size 50 x 50 x 6mm frame, with front & back open, double door system lockable, inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and completely vermin & dust proof, entry holes for incoming & outgoing cables as approved by GE. Panel shall have bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with rubber gasket, earthing terminals, and consisting of following:- Incoming MCCB (a) MCCB 200 Amp,4 pole, 50 HZ,415 V having rupturing capacity 35 KA-01 Nos as incoming (thermal magnetic) release and adjustable on load. Outgoing MCCB (a) MCCB 160 Amp,4 pole, 50 HZ,415 V having rupturing capacity 35 KA-01 Nos as outgoing (thermal magnetic) release and adjustable on load. (b) MCCB 100 Amp,4 pole, 50 HZ,415 V having rupturing capacity 25 KA-02 Nos as outgoing (thermal magnetic) release and adjustable on load. (c )MCCB 4 pole 40 amps - 0 2 Nos. (d) Digital voltmeter (0-500) & Digital Ammeter (0-100) Amps with suitable CTs. (e) LED phase indication lamps RYB-01 set. ( f) Internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100 volts grade and Cupper Bus Bar including Painting etc. (g) Copper bus bar ,TPN 400 Amp rating -04 Nos Notes: (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size of 45 cm height and 04 Nos legs of 50 mm x 50 mmx6mm & 60 cm height for fixing the panel (ii) MCCB & MCB shall be fixed in suitable sheet metal enclosure made up of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet. (iii) Danger notice plate (02) Nos LT size 20 cmx 15 cm shall be fixed on the panel. (iv) Panel shall be from CPRI approved make. (v) Make of panel and drawing shall be approved from GE before placing order for procurement.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of factory made bus bar chamber panel of size 600mmx 900mmx350mm ( CPRI approved) out door type 3.15 mm with 4 strips 400 Amps bus bar aluminium, with MCCB of 100 Amp, FP, 16 KA adjustable type duly connected to aluminium strip at incoming side with suitable space for 2 incoming cable and outgoing of 2 cable. Bus bar fixed on insulators in zig-zag position, clearance in each strip and clearnace at both side shall not be less than 125mm with sufficient working space, height of bus bar chamber not less than 1 mtr, mounted MS angle 50x50x6mm, made of CRCA sheet 2mm thick outdoor type powder coated after seven tank process both side opening, shutter in two parts, cable opening form bottom side with indicators R,Y,B, hinges through out the length of shutter with half turn locking arrangement, including grounting in PCC and including taking down old bus bar chamber, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for FRP junction box of size 30X25X15cm, four strip aluminium bus bar of capacity 63 Amps mounted on epoxy insulators weather proof, MCB SP 6 Amps -01 No including provision for fixing to electric poles with 02 Nos MS clamps of flat 40 x 6mm suitable size complete with nuts & bolts making connection with cable & including thimbles at suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing twin core copper flexible cable for connection of security lights of 1.5 sq mm from junction box to security lights, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe GI light grade of 32mm bore up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in soft disintergrated rock and provision of 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade with funnel, PCC earth chamber of 40mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth not exceeding 10sqm for laying of cable and foundation of poles stays and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 15 cm before and after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply and laying brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat, size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in GI tubing light grade of 80 MM bore with necessary fittings as in cable protection in trenches/fixed on wall / floor including necessary clamps bolts and nuts, complete all as specified and directed.
