M & L vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, on vertical surfaces as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
