Removing the Alternator 125 KVA (field winding cover of burnt field winding), disconnecting/un-coupled the alternator mechanically and electrically by unscrewing the alternator and remove from DG set manually and loading on the vehicle by help of crane, transport to work shop overhauling the alternator and removing the burnt out field winding and clean all the slots with CTC, dry up the alternator, rewinding the field coil with super enameled copper wire of gauge as per existing and providing proper paper insulation with one coat of spray varnish and dry up the winding with heat, clean the rotor winding, providing a coat of spray varnish to rotor winding and re-assemble the alternator and carry out the insulation test. Transport the alternator from work shop to site, loading/unloading to be carried out by crane carefully without any damage. Re-installing, testing and commissioning the alternator at foundation, coupling the alternator to engine incl electrical connection etc. all complete as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

An Amount of Rs. 29,160.00/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
