M & L Preoaration of old distempered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion.

All as per item no.4 above but on ceiling.

M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel work of any description exc 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enemal paint.

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applaying one coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic colouerd tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4.

M&L for removing of existing rubber beading/strip from aluminium window glass, fixing the same glass to existing window(2/3/4 track window size not exc 1.50 sqm) with new PVC rubber beading/strip without any damage/crack to window glass and filling the window gaps with silicon sealant, required necessary fitting accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- No separate payment not made to contractor for removing,refixing and damage parts for this Job

S&F in repair 4.0 mm thick tinted/plain aluminium window glass with PVC rubber beading/strip,nuts,bolts and other accessories what ever required for fitting to existing window complete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in charge
