Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of tree branches of girth not less than 10 cm, falling on buildings, roof top (15 m height bldgs.), by manual or mechanical method and removing the branches outside MD land as and when the cutting is completed all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of leaves, dust, caked mud and other foreign material on the roof surfaces (up to six storied Bldgs.) and to make the surface good for easy clearing of rain water through rain water pipes including removal of debris outside MD land and making good the surfaces complete all as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of scaffolding or ladders etc., required for approaching roof top.

Taking down unserviceable steel windows of any type, Supply and fix Steel windows side hung shutters made of 'Z' section, flash butt welding and tenon riveting as per IS 1038-1989, including projecting type hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs to steel windows / doors exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable rolling shutters, and supply and fix Steel rolling shutters, thickness of lath 1.25 mm, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any type, preparing the roof top surfaces, by sweeping and removing all loose dirt, providing material and labour for Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric membrane, made of 90 micron high density polyethylene film sandwiched between two layers of polymeric (ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED) bitumen and finally laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film (weight not less than 150 grams / sq m), including applying bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq m ,membrane shall be laid uniformly (minimum overlap of 100 mm at joints) with torch flame, applying hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg / Sq m, and finally applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml / Sq m complete all as specified and as directed. Note: i) Cost of providing, Screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over padding concrete shall deemed to be included in this item. ii) Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Supplying only liquid based waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), 25 mm thick as in padding concrete / leveling course over slabs, finished fair to receive screed bed and water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing paver block tiles, and providing material and labour for, Rubber moulded pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigments, laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing Chequered tiles, providing, material and labour for, rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick, With Grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match over and including 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid ceramic coloured tiles (area of tile exceeding 0.11 sq m and not exceeding 0.18 sq m), 7 to 8 mm thick, laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles, of size 300 x 200 x 7-8 mm thick (Grade B-IIA) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:6, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Notes: i) Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe, ii) Cutting chases for concealed piping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 20 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for, Vitreous china snow white, wash hand basin without pedestal of size 550 mm x 400 mm all as per Cat No. S2040103 of CERA or equivalent makes specified including CI brackets 450 mm long, PVC flexible pipe with both side brass nuts , 750 mm long PVC waste pipe of 32 mm dia, CP waste coupling and grouting with 6 to 8 mm dia GI racket bolt at the back side of WHB or inserting the CI brackets into wall and making good existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable EWC, supply and fixing new Vitreous china snow white colour floor mount type European Water Closet of size 520 x 360 x 390 mm with PVC seat cover and 'P' trap, fixing at a distance of 300 mm from wall with bolt including connection with flushing cistern, seat cover and with outlet pipe complete all as per Model CONVENTIONAL, Cat Part Nos B1510101 & S1050102 of CERA Make or equivalent in other makes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china snow white colour 'Orissa pattern' squatting pan of size 580 mm x 440 mm with PVC 'P' or 'S' trap and integral foot rest complete, all as per Cat No .S3010102 of CERA make or techno commercially equivalent in other makes specified connected to existing flush pipe including provision of cement concrete bedding all as specified and directed.
