Taking down, dismantling and opening of the compressor model SMC-4-65 (Make ACCEL) for over hauling, cleaning, washing, machining and mechanical repair work etc. Checking of its all parts for serviceability/unserviceability and reassembling all serviceable parts all as per original, and replacement of defective parts as required for smooth functioning of the compressor and testing after erection in original position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) All defective/unserviceable spare parts/items required for over hauling shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items mentioned in BOQ here-in-after as supply only (ii) Gas charging and gas and compressor oil shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of BOQ here-in-after as supply and charging.

Material and labour for servicing of cooling tower draft type for Cap 52 TR AC Plant by removing sludge, algae and cleaning the holes and strainer, removing all dust, mud from drain tray, opening of all honey comb filters and pressure washing of filters for cleaning of mud and sludge from fins and reassembling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for servicing of cooling tower draft type for Cap 104 TR AC Plant by removing sludge, algae and cleaning the holes and strainer, removing all dust, mud from drain tray, opening of all honey comb filters and pressure washing of filters for cleaning of mud and sludge from fins and reassembling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas R-22 (Freon) up to the required pressure including T & P for charging at site and before charging checking of gas leakage, rectification of leakage in the entire system if any and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas R-407C up to the required pressure including T & P for charging at site and before charging checking of gas leakage, rectification of leakage in the entire system if any and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling compressor oil (C-68) to its rated capacity as per compressor design complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the electric induction motor AC 3 Phase, capacity 20 HP, 415 V, 50 Hz of any make and type (Kirloskar/Bharat Bijlee/Crompton) from any position from existing foundation after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and carry to civil workshop for repair/rewinding, strip opening the motor and removing of defective burnt winding, cleaning the rotor and stator and after that rewinding the motor with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, tapping, heating, replacement of defective/unserviceable parts with new parts like ball bearing, bush, ring, nut bolts etc. After complete all reassembling the motor and re-fixing at site with electric cable connection, earthing and testing the motor on full load at site after coupling for its serviceability up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The T & P/vehicles will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in repair rotational moulded polythelene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered of capacity 1000 ltrs hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old UNSV Hermatically sealed scroll type compressor from chiller machine of Cap 32 TR and Supply and fix in repair hermatically sealed compressor of 32 TR Cap Scroll Chiller type Model No.SZ185S4RC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. The contractor needs to submit guarantee certificate and test certificate for the compressor replaced. The cost of compressor shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of Refrigerant Gas R-407 filled upto the designed pressure and compressor oil and the cost of heating element, HP/LP Cut out of the compressor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Old Unserviceable Compressor will be deposited to MES Store

M & L for descaling of condenser tubes required to meet the designed pressure conditions and cooling specifications for desired rate of flow of refrigerant in compressor and water in condenser. The descaling shall be carreid out by using chemical wash of copper tubes of condensor by pumping sufficeint qty of descaling chemical agent (descaling Agent UNI CLEAN-P) so as all debris and scales deposited on the walls of condensor tubes shall be removed complete all as specified and directyed by Engr-In-Charge

M & L for Nitrogen Pressure testing of chiller machine comprising of compressors 13 TR-04 Nos Each Chiller Machine for water cooled screw chillers including refrigerant Recovery, vacummising and recommissioning of chillers of condenser tubes required to meet the designed pressure conditions and cooling specifications for desired rate of flow of refrigerant in compressor and water in condenser complete all as specified and directyed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : The Cost incurred on account of qty of N2 (Approx 60 Kg) Required for Nitrogen Pressure testing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
