Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade using In-situ Concrete batching plant/ Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including Conveyance of concrete from batching plant to Work site, Electricity charges and other works & labour cost involved for concrete production, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire) For all Floors & all diameter

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Handrails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steelpipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm diaStainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediatehorizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between.The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mmMS base plate encased in the base concrete. Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of following size and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Dadooing walls with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One of Cement Two of sand four of Hard broken stone jelly (below 10mm metal), average thickness of 80mm for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar bed in 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with water resistant tile epoxy grout for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Teak Wood Entrance Door with a size 2.10mx2.44m with two leaves as per the design approved by the departmental officers. The outer frames are one horizontal and four verticals of size 150x125mm scantlings. Shutter frames are 150x50mm scantlings. for harizontal 250x50mm for vertaical styles. The shutter shall have 2.40m hight with two panels having 1/3 at bottom and 2/3 at top. The panels shall be 50mm thick Teakwood planks. The shutter shall have 2 leaves of equal size and openable and finished with approved pattern with skilled carpentar as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of best and approved quality of Teak Wood, Brasss hinges, Tower Bolt, Aldrop, locking arrangement, Ornamental Handles, brass screws and labour charges for handling, fixing charges, conveyance charges etc., The door frame and shutters shall be given two coats of best and approved quality of Lac polishing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying of Door Frame with required dimensions of size ~100mmX75mm, with groove of size - 30mmX20mm for resting the door shutter & chamfer finish at front using CRCA pressed steel box section 18 gauge or 1.25mm thick for door frames including providing holes and fixing wooden blocks for fixing fixtures and fittings and 4 nos of hold fast using the iron angle of 15cm length with split endsone coat of redoxide primer, Fabrication and supply of 35mm thick solid core flush door with teakply on one side and commericial ply on other side with teak wood liping alround with iron oxidised hinges, tower bolts 12"2 nos with receiver, Aldrop 30cm and handle 1 no for door of size 1.00mX2.10m (Manali)

Suplying and fixing UPVC (Un - Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride ) Windows of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58 mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/ 1 mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all edges of frame and shutter the shuttter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned .Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action ,security protective hinges ,strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.The connecting mechanism netween sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window . The window should be fixed be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames .The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. Supplying & fixing the MS Grill gate of various sizes as per departmental specification including painting with one coat of primer etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing the UPVC (Un-Plasticized polyvinyl chloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free,the profile are multi chambered sections with wall sections with wall thick of 2mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earthwire connection by 4 sq.mm copperwire and making good of the concealed portion wiith suitable colour etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark.
