Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing Teak Wood Entrance Door with a size 2.10mx2.44m with two leaves as per the design approved by the departmental officers. The outer frames are one horizontal and four verticals of size 150x125mm scantlings. Shutter frames are 150x50mm scantlings. for harizontal 250x50mm for vertaical styles. The shutter shall have 2.40m hight with two panels having 1/3 at bottom and 2/3 at top. The panels shall be 50mm thick Teakwood planks. The shutter shall have 2 leaves of equal size and openable and finished with approved pattern with skilled carpentar as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of best and approved quality of Teak Wood, Brasss hinges, Tower Bolt, Aldrop, locking arrangement, Ornamental Handles, brass screws and labour charges for handling, fixing charges, conveyance charges etc., The door frame and shutters shall be given two coats of best and approved quality of Lac polishing etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Suplying and fixing UPVC (Un - Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride ) Windows of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58 mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/ 1 mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all edges of frame and shutter the shuttter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle.
