Rate contract for Replacement Repair of Stator Bar Stator Joint at 2x80 MW Pench HPS Totladoh

Mobilization and demobilization of manpower and material from Party’s works to Pench HPS and back from Pench HPS to Party’s works.

Dismantling and reassembly of Chequered Plate, Air Guide Assembly, Baffle Plate, fan segment etc during each activity of Stator bar replacement/jointing of Stator bars.

Removal of rotor poles for repairing of stator bar and after completion of work insertion of the same including de-soldering and re-soldering. Minor repair if required for making the rotor pole healthy will be in bidder’s scope.

Partial Cryogenic cleaning of stator windings

Replacement of cap /De-soldering of Joint of failed stator bar / special bar joint.

Removal of defective top/bottom stator bars.

Complete cleaning of stator winding and slot portion by recommended solvent.

H.V. Testing of new /removed good condition bars after proper cleaning/ tinning/minor reinsulation etc. (The new bar will be provided only for failed /damaged bars)

Insertion of bottom/top bars in stator slot and placing in position and testing, binding/ lacing etc of bar )

Soldering of all normal stator bar joints by using Sn-60 high quality solder including insulation and capping, pouring epoxy resin, silica putty etc( For jointing, pouring method shall only be used if joints are less than 50 Nos in each repair, otherwise induction method shall be used and contact resistance of joint to be measured.

Soldering of all normal stator bar joints by using Sn-60 high quality solderincluding insulation and capping, pouring epoxy resin, silica putty etc by using high frequency induction method and measurement of joint contact resistance.

Brazing of special joints (jumper joints) of special bars including providing proper insulation and measurement of contact resistance.

Treating the stator winding with anti-track varnish / Red jell / air drying red paint.

Testing the complete stator winding & rotor poles including HV / PI/ Tan Delta/ Partial Discharges as per latest issue of relevant standards. All connection such as shorting of generator / disconnection etc required for testing shall be in contractor’s scope.
