Labour for Cutting of tree branches 2 mtr vicinity of the conductor which are touching to the 11/9 mtr overhead lines in vertically and horizontally conductor and poles etc complete clear in a standard span in between two poles as per SSR Part-I, 19.59 and removing cutting material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a distance not exceeding 3 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Pole to pole will be considered as one span of any length and no's of conductor.

Material and labour for welding to damaged / broken hinges of unserviceable LT panel board shutters complete with painting and matching with existing colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Welding of two no's of hinges will be considered as one Job.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable / broken shutter of LT panel with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet as per existing size to match with the existing panel duly powder coated and welding hinges and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting of existing LT panel board with spray gun with synthetic enamel paint to match with the existing surface internally and externally including preparation of old rusted surface after taking proper shut down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting and writing letters "SAVE WATER" in Black letter size 36" X 18" on dome of overhead water RCC tank and underground sump, writing of tank capacity and date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in capital letters of 80 mm size on external surface of wall with white enamel paint over black background of any capacity overhead tank and underground sump complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of integral LED Aviation obstruction light 30 watt comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with decorated Opal acrylic diffuser with IP-65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed with 40mm dia, 4 mtr GI pipe including providing flat iron clamps, nuts and bolts, embedding the GI pipe in PCC M-10 block (nominal mix) of size 30 X 30 X 40 cm and connecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - GI pipe and PCC will be measured and paid separately.

Repair to replacement of old existing unserviceable mechanical water level indicator for overhead RCC reservoir / underground sump with replacement of GI pulley (02 No's), GI wire rope (as per site requirement), stainless steel float valve of suitable size and painting of indicator, scales with black / red paints (radium type), marking on scales (as per site requirement) with all accessories and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour charges for repair / replacement of old / damaged MS sheet cover on valve pits 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, angle iron frame 40mm x 40mm x 6mm (grouting with anchor fashioners length not less than 15cm - 04 No's) and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair / servicing of self starter 12 volts DC complete with and including replacement burnt / unserviceable spare parts, clutch assembly, carbon brush, solenoid switch, plunger, armature and refixing for DG set 7.5 KVA to 140 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / repair / overhauling of water pump assembly of DG set upto 140 KVA by replacing defective part like pump, shaft, impeller CI, mechanical seal, water set gaskit, hub for pulley, set screw, bearing grooves nuts, spacers and spring washer and metling / machine work if any and refixing after repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / repair / overhauling of charging alternator (dynamo) of DG set having capacity of 7.5 KVA to 140 KVA and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts like carbon brushes, bearing, leaver, pulley, spacer, commutator assembly, armature, washer etc and refitting after repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of engine oil servo super grade 20 / 40W of Indian oil including cleaning of oil sump thoroughly complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / taking down radiator assembly for repair / servicing of DG set 7.5 KVA to 140 KVA and carry out complete internal cleaning, brazzing to tubing and rectification of leakage and refitting including replacement of minor spare parts like inlet / outlet rubber hose with MS clamps, pipe for thermostate to radiator washer, nut, bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting FIP pump of DG set of following capacity and carry out complete servicing / caliberation from authorised service centre and refitting after caliberation including replacement of injector nozzle, delivery valve, gaskit, fuel pump gear, flange assembly, plunger, copper washer, adaptor, set both etc as required to make the FIP serviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for Dismantling to alternator from the engine of capacity 7.5 KVA to 140 KVA by opening nut and bolt and transport to workshop for repair / maintenance and rewinding with super enamelled heat resistant copper winding wire of existing size and no's of turn complete with insulating material i.e. varnishing, bamboo strips, cotton thread / tape, leather paper etc and drying the winding complete with checking, realignment, welding, grinding, earth work and polishing the alternator rotor shaft and refitting the alternator with engine after repair / rewinding and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Copper winding wire will be measured and paid separately.

Rewinding coil of alternator 7.5 KVA to 140 KVA with super enamelled heat resistant copper winding wire of existing size and no of turn conforming to ISI complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable ball bearing of alternator heavy duty conforming to ISI suitable for DG set alternator 63 KVA to 140 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair / maintenance / servicing to DG set control AMF panel of capacity 63 KVA to 140 KVA including replacement of internal panel wiring, automatic auto cut switch with relay, sensor unit multifunctional digital meter and make the panel serviceable and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable automatic battery charging unit of AMF panel suitable for DG set 63 KVA to 140 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling all incoming / outgoing electric connection carefully of transformer, voltage stabilizer, LT panel, switch, changeover etc and repair the cable, fixed properly with proper aluminium thimble / lugs including preparation of cable end for jointing (incoming / outgoing cable connection for each cable will be measured as one job each) thimble shall be measured separately under respective items complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable batteries 12 Volt 180 AH heavy duty conforming to ISI complete with initial charging and battery lead set of 2 pieces having length of 1.5 mtr each complete with one side banjo bolt and other side battery terminal bolt type complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for disconnecting all incoming / outgoing electric connections carefully of fully automatic servo voltage stabilizer having capacity 20 to 300 KVA and transport to workshop for repair / servicing and including, dismantling top cover of stabilizer and taking out the coil, drain out the transformer oil and refilling after dehydration of transformer oil, cleaning internally, including replacement of unserviceable body nut, bolts, washers, top gasket of cork sheet 6mm thick, replacement of internal circuit wiring if any suitable size of copper wire and painting with heat resistant smoke gray synthetic enamelled paint including preparation of old rusted surfaces and writing MES NO, SM MES NO, capacity, Ser No, location etc and reinstallation / connecting electric connection with replacement of proper size Aluminium lugs and testing on full load at site complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Rotor for replacement of spare parts are deemed to be included in above jobs.

Dehydration of Transformer oil and dielectric strength of oil achieved not to be less than 42 KV at 2.4mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of new transformer oil by replacing oil for top up upto automatic servo voltage stabilizer including heating and dielectric strength not to be less than 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out main coil of voltage stabilizer 20 to 300 KVA for repair / rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including PVC insulated sheet sleeve, varnishing etc all as required and refixing to the stabilizer after testing all as required at site or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
