M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars & cornices including brooming down and cleaning the surfaces & applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for preparing OLD plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying ONE coat of acrylic distemper oil emulsion over coat of primer for smooth finish complete all as specified and directed. e

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old internal/external wall/ceiling/chajja surfaces by means of scraping machine including filling the cracks, remove the nails, vegetations etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bidder shall be considred height of bldgs upto12 th storey while quoting rates by them and wherever scaffolding is necessary.

M&L for 1.00 mm thick (Avg thickness ) water proof cement based wall care putty on wall and ceiling and putty applied with blade or steel patti to maintain homogeneouly of application of putty and or as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly treated surface of wall and applying TWO coat of acrylic distemper oil emulsion over coat of primer for smooth finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of exterior weather proof acrylic smooth emulsion over coat of primer with silicon additives of required shade that offers anti phongle high peroformance exterior wall/celing finished with high performance over prepared surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing OLD plastered or unplastered surface of wall pillasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, roots,moulds ,moss and efforehance, salt and trading oil and greasy spot, nails, holes cracks and making good and applying TWO coat of cement base paint over coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge. Note : Bidder shall be considred height of bldgs upto 6th storey while quoting rates by them and wherever scaffolding is necessary.
