Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, providing, fabricating, assembling , hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS built up section / tubular structure as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections, plate connectors, all fabricated steel members should be applied with hot dipped galvanization (minimum DFT of 70 microns), epoxy primer (DFT 50 microns minimum), top PU to coat. (DFT 50 microns), over steel structure frames with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of pre-stressed tensile membrane fabric structure in desired profile as per drawing, with Serga Ferrari TX 30type-III , Mehlar type -III or equivalent both side PVDF coated polyester fabric having a minimum weight of 1050 g/sqm as per particular specification with 20 years warranty etc over steel frames with all fittings and fixtures such as galvanised MS membrane/ end plate, shackles, rigging screws, turnbuckles, sedge, fortt, kender rods & galvanised MS strands/ cables with stainless steel end terminals complete as per drawing. (Rate includes cost of fabric, shop drawings, patterning, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch of fabric with 20 KW machine complete all as specified and directed.

Provision of cage ladder of height 25.60 metre as per the drawing and design by Kirby building systems India Ltd ( ( Drg E-15 attached) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix prelaminated galvalume sheet plain sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bands, straps support or strays for rain water, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy for large gates, hook and pintle hinges , large hasps and staple, chains hand made sliding bolts , clamps hold fast ,wall ties hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee pieces insert, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small article conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Earthwork in excavation in soft disintegrated rock by mechanical mean ( Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm depth , 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.7 above but depth exceeding 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in soft disintegrated rock in foundation trenches or in drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m , in ordinary rock complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC D2 type (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth , and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of precast concrete block masonry wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding any description , fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix prelaminated particle board interior grade 12mm thick , fixed to walls , prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balance white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work all as complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for second class hard wood fillets square/ rectangular in section exc 13 sqcm and n.exc 25 Sqcm fixed with screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Lingel/ aluplast/ salamander make UPVC Door frame with openable panels inside and outside with bottom frame in one structural opening with double glazed unit in each frame as shown in section , all glasses toughened and 6 mm thick with gap in between two openable door panels to achieve 60 dBA of sound reduction . The door should be with Dr. Hahn 3D hinges 4 Nos per Door. UPVC profile tested for 8000 hours against light UV material mix. The UPVC outer wall profile to be reinforced with galavaised iron. All hardware spag rods to be stainless steel 304 grade. The fabricator to be certified with ISO 9001-2008 and audited by third party for quality system. Noise reduction of 60 dBA will be assured from the door opening all certificate will be submitted . All gaps between wall & frame and gap between glass and frame will be airlock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 2km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to fair finished flat faces of walls , retaining walls , abutments , parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters , buttresses etc vertical or batter complete all as specified and directed.
