Preparation of new plastered surfaces/existing platered surfaces and applying acrylic wall care putty in internal/external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers /balcony/ceilings etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller / brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of section 101.60 x 44.75 x 1.75 mm for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 81.25 x 38.10 x 1.75mm for side rails and middle rail, 114.3 X 44.45 X 1.29mm for top rails and bottom rails and including 12mm thick High Density Fibre Board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) below & above middle/lock rail and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beads 20mm size with and including required nos of pivots / hinges and brass mortice lock (four levers) and two nos of key complete all as specified and directed including supply and fixing the following items: (a) Powder Coated Aluminium butt hinges 100mm - 3 nos per leaf. (b) Powder Coated Aluminium Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf (c) Powder Coated Aluminium Handles 150 mm - 2 nos per leaf

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceremic tiles 300 X 300 mm and 7 -8mm thick, as in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles as approved/matching with wall tiles , set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in matching colouredpolymer cement based grout to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F stainless steel tubing of 25 mm dia chromium plated min. 1.0 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod complete incl S&F 02 Nos stainless steel brackets and finials fency type, stops fixed with ss screws etc all as specified & directed as in repair . Note : For the purpose of mesurement and payment running length of curtain rod only shall be considered.

Taking down of existing CI pipe 100 mm bore and refixing the same after cleaning painting with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

Applying three coats of brush bond acrylic based cementitious material of approved quality for sunken portion treatment all as per manufacturer instructions and providing 200 micron thick polythene film over 85/25 grade bitumen layer @ 0.5Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Traffic Signages and Other Appurtenances (To be completed with Schedule 'A' Section - II)

M&L in repair for corroson free stainless steel pipe of size 230 mm outer dia of 2.5mm thick round of grade 321 as in stand including stainless steel frame 3.8 mm square bars work with radium tape script for sign board and similar works including cutting bending welding and leg embeded in PCC after excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L in repair for high intensity retro reflective sign boards made of hardened stainless steel sheet 2 mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel pipe as required. Sign boards should be reflective on both side and overlay film of any colour with computer cut letters in English and Hindi, height n.exc 15 cm / sign, arrow mark etc and border made of high intensity grade of any colour sheeting and mechanically fixed on stainless steel sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
