| 1 | Material and labour for roof treatment as follows:-
(a) Applying one coat of SBR latex based bond using Advance Latex Plus of Berger or equivalent after mixing with water and cement in ratio of 1:4:7 to improve the bonding between residual and PU coat. Allow to dry bond coat for 4-6 hours before applying PU coat and surface to be cleaned before applying PU coat
(b) Applying two coats of single component, cold applied, water based polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the roof with HS PU Roofkoat of Berger or Equivalent at 0.6 kg/per Sqm for each coat without dilution confirming to ASTM D 6083-97a (Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating used In Roofing). Each coat should allow to dry 4-6 hours and sandwiching 40gsm Geo-textile between two coats. Spread 40gsm Geo textile over 1st coat when coat is wet condition The component shall have a density of 1.25 to 1.3kg/per Litre, having tensile strentgh of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats . SRI value should be more than 100.
The quoted rate shall deemed to include for surface prepartion, repair the crack in mother slab by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufacture, making coving at Junction, bore packing, treatment of construction joints complete all as per manufacurer's specification and direction of the Engineer In Charge.

| - | Taking down existing roof treatment of any type, preparing the roof top surfaces by sweeping and removing all loose / dirt, providing material and labour for Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric membrane, made of 90 micron high density polyethylene film sandwiched between two layers of polymeric (ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED) bitumen and finally laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film (weight not less than 150 grams / sq m), including applying bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq m, membrane shall be laid uniformly (minimum overlap of 100 mm at joints) with torch flame and finally applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml / sq.m, complete all as specified and as directed.
NOTE:-
i) Padding concrete for maintaining slope shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
ii) Cost of providing, screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over padding concrete shall deemed to be included in quoted rate for this item.
