Water Coolers having following cooling / storage capacity (Ltrs./Hr.) of Blue star / Voltas make at different locations including providing and fixing all necessary consumables and spares and replacing faulty compressor, fault rectification including suitable refrigerant gas charging as & when required basis, carrying out the routine- preventive & breakdown maintenance, monthly servicing, labour charges, etc. as per special conditions complete as required. Annual Comprehensive maintenance of water purifier of M/s. Eureka Forbes, Model No. Aquaguard Classic HI - FLO at different locations including providing and fixing all necessary consumables and spares as and when required and replacing pre-filter candle and active carbon granules at twice in a year, carrying out the routine- preventive & breakdown maintenance, monthly servicing, etc. as required. Work to be carried out through OEM or its authorities service partner only. (maintaining the service card for each equipment at site as per the direction of Engineer In charge) a) First year

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of water purifier of M/s. Eureka Forbes, Model No. Aquaguard Classic HI - FLO at different locations including providing and fixing all necessary consumables and spares as and when required and replacing pre-filter candle and active carbon granules at twice in a year, carrying out the routine- preventive & breakdown maintenance, monthly servicing, etc. as required. Work to be carried out through OEM or its authorities service partner only. (maintaining the service card for each equipment at site as per the direction of Engineer In charge) b) Second year

Dismantling of Existing Split A.C/Window A.C/Tower A.C/ Water Cooler of Different rating / capacity up to 4 TR. From existing site including dismantling of stand, timer & other associated accessories, etc., refilling existing holes, plastering, finishing the walls, shifting of the Removed Air-conditioning unit along with the accessories up to store room as per the direction of engineer Incharge and as per site requirement.

Installation testing and commissioning of Split A.C/Window A.C/Tower A.C/Water Cooler of different rating / capacity up to 4 TR. including making holes, plastering, refrigerant gas charging, including 6 sq.mm. copper power input cable from nearest power outlet, testing & commissioning, etc. as per site requirement and as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of copper refrigerant pipe ( 1/2" + 1/4" ) complete with fitting suction line, discharge line with 12 mm. thick nitrile rubber insulation along with suitable size Copper multicore flexible cable (as per OEM recommendation & standard practice) between indoor unit & outdoor unit , brazing including providing of clamps, testing & commissioning, etc. complete as required for 1.5 TR split AC.

Supply and installation of copper refrigerant pipe ( 5/8" + 3/8" ) complete with fitting suction line, discharge line with 12 mm. thick nitrile rubber along with suitable size Copper multicore flexible cable (as per OEM recommendation & standard practice) insulation, brazing including providing of clamps, etc. complete as required for 2.0 TR split / 3.0 TR Mega split AC.

Supply and installation of rigid PVC/flexible drain pipe of 25 mm. dia. with 6 mm. heatlon insulation complete with fittings & Accessories, U straps, etc.

Providing and fixing 12 mm. nitrile rubber insulation on the suction and discharge line of the existing split air conditioners as required.
