INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX)

S&F of LEB bulb, B22 type, 14 watt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing/ cutting the round/square hole of required size in wall finishing the disturbed surfaces as per existing finishes and Supply and fixing of MS ventilating fans, single phase, 230 Volts, 300mm and supply & grouting the ragged bolts in wall, fixing the frame on the exhaust side (outer surface of the wall) and connevting including PVC insulated three core 1.5mm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan motor and writting MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint 2.0 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and galvanised iron wire 4.00 mm dia protected by provn of GI light grade pipe 15mm bore upto 7.5mtr including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) with 50mm thick cover of precast RCC M-25 (Design Mix) reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 3kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2009 Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil. (b) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of charcoal and salt in alternate layers; 7.5 m long galvanised wire 4 mm dia, GI wire and GI light grade protection pipe and GI medium grade watering pipe. (c) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC, RCC, XPM, frame work and including provisions of testing of test point, connecting to test point and all the tests on completion. (d) Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-X)

M&L for construction of 10 users LLPDE Conventional Septic Tank with upflow filter including media designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including excavation in any type of soil in foundation in 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over 75mm thick hardcore over rammed earth, brick masonry in CM (1:4)including cast iron manhole cover having 6mm embedded plate embeded all around with angle iron frame vent shaft etc. complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.

M&L for construction of soakage well (brick masonary) of 1.2m internal dia and 3.00m deep below inlet level including necessary earth work filling with brick bats of guage 40 to 80mm, SWG inlet pipe junction 150mm bore including all other relevent works, complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.

M&L for Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipes of Class SN-4, IS-16098 (Part-II) of internal dia of size 150mm laid in trenches and jointed complete with couplers, bends, tees, reducers, etc complete all as specified and directed.
