Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of total 2 Nos UPS of capacity (10 KVA- 02 Nos, Sr No. ZOV18C00298WT & Sr No. ZOV18600305WT ,Make- Delta, Model :GES103HH, By inspecting the all units and carry out quarterly as a part of preventive maintenance, with relevant PM checklist.by Cleaning up of Unit, Visual Inspection to check any deformation, Checking and Adjustment (If needed) of Power parameters like input. Output, DC voltage & Current, Checking and Adjustment of Control parameters on different PCBs,Tightness of all connection,Functional Checking up of Rectifier section, Functional Checking up of Inverter section, Functional Checking up of Static Switch Section, With user approval, perform operational test of the system including unit transfer and battery discharge, Attending to complain breakdown calls whenever required, UPS failing to transfer to battery mode in the event of incoming power failure, Battery Breaker tripping due to battery failure, Battery Failure, UPS unable to transfer load on to the parallel UPS (Redundancy Failure), UPS tripping on High temperature conditions, Control Card, major components failure such as IGBT’s, SCR’s & Wire wound Components within the UPS, Module Failure, Wire Harness damage, Reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any, all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. Defective parts discovered during maintenance repaired or replaced by new or as new parts. Spares replaced will be either of the same make or equivalent. (For transformer ), 2 No. 1250 A 4P, 50kA (Ics=Icu=Icw for 1s) EDO ACB LSIG with microprocessor based built-in over current, earth fault, short circuit releases, auxiliary contacts, status indication on release, release healthiness indication & ON-OFF-TRIP indication for each and necessary protection CT's of suitable ratings. (For DG ) Bus coupler- 1 No 1250 FP ACB 50 kA . The Interlocking in the main incoming ACB's to be done as per the DG AMF Panel Load management & Load sharing is to be done through DG controller & controller of DG shall be interlocked through DG AMF Panel. First DG will act as master & second DG will act as slave ( Both the DG shall be programmed such that both could run for no of hours ) Along with PLC Micro 830 for the Auto operation. Terminals suitable to receive suitable aluminum armored cable connection on one side and Busbar connection on the other side. 1 Nos contactor- 400 A, AC6b, 3pole, relay- 3 phase outgoing:- 2 No. 125 A TP MCCB, 16kA (Ics=Icu), along with ON-OFF indication lamps & push button switch. 3 pole capacitor grade contactor suitable for automatic switching of 50 kVAR capacitor bank, 1 No. 80 A TP MCCB, 16kA (Ics=Icu), along with ON-OFF indication lamps & push button switch, 3 pole capacitor grade contactor suitable for automatic switching of 25 kVAR capacitor bank, 3 pole capacitor grade contactor suitable for automatic switching of 10 kVAR capacitor bank, 10 kVAR hermetically sealed metallized polypropylene capacitor units complete with fuse protection, discharge resistors, interconnections etc., 6 Nos. 16 A TP MCCB, 16kA (Ics=Icu), along with ON-OFF indication lamps & push button switch. 5 kVAR hermetically sealed metallized polypropylene capacitor units complete with fuse protection, discharge resistors, interconnections etc. complete as required. 1 No. 12-step APFCR and allied control wiring with in-built power factor meter. Note for item no: 86 to 89 (i) The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replacement of minor/major spare parts will not be paid seperatly. Old material will be the poperty of contractor and credit included in the rate quoted. (ii) In case any accident occur of any Indl like Mechanic/Helpers/users during maintenance/operation of above mentioned Airconditioner/unit, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the Indl as decided by the competent authority. Principal Employer will not be responsible for the same. (iii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hour the penality of Rs 1000/ per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iv) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site , stationary for maintenance of record, no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (v) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock. After attending the complaint contractor will obtain the signature from rep of User/AGE/GE every day as a token of complaint attended.

Taking out unserviceable fire hydrant door complete and S&F New door of size 2.10m x 0.75m including chowkhat made of MS angle 40 x 40 x 6mm frame and lower half portion with MS Sheet of 3.15, thcik and half of upper portion fixed the glass of 4mm thick including painting with fire red and plaster/cement work etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, erection and installation of Fire Hose Cabinet to be mounted externally near the Hydrant Post fabricated from 16 SWG MS Steel of appox size 750 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm with a canopy , door with 4 mm glass encased in heavy grade rubber beading, a key box in built in the box, suitable to accomodate one hydrant valve, one branch nozzle and two 7.5 mtrs hose, weather proof, Finished with P.O. fire red color including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of wall mounting swinging type First aid fire hose reel with drum,hanging bracket,30 mtr long and 20mm dia high pressure hose reel as per IS 444 with gun metal shut off nozzle having 5mm dia orifice.The hose reel shall be conforming to IS 884-1985. Drum shall be fixed on adjoining wall through anchor fasteners/cement concrete book or MS stand as per site requirement and the rate for fixing/hanging items in the rates quoted(for internal hydrant and one each an either side of stage) including taking down old etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fire hydrant landing valve type A (single head outlet) gun metal of 80 mm dia landing valve with 63 mm dia female outlet complete and 80 mm inlet with rubber blank cap and chain as per IS 5290-1983, suitable for brigade hose of 63 mm with couplings conforming to IS 903 including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 100mm dia, heavy duty class "C" MS pipe 6 mm thick, ISI marked as per IS : 1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbows, flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel supports (chilly make) as required/directed at site including painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red colour over two coats of red oxide primer including taking down old etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of gate/butterfly valve 25mm dia of cast copper alloy including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of CI non return valve of size 100mm dia including flage and Nut, bolts, wahsher etc including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down 12.5 HP centrifugal pumpset from the existing platform for carrying out repair pumpset & removing the following unserviceable parts and assemble the same properly after replacement of unserviceable parts and reconnection in position after repair the same in position with new nut & bolts suitable for fixing after carrying out the repairs including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : No extra amount shall be paid for the following items:- (a) Ball bearing of Motor (63088ZZ), (b) Rotor Balancing of Motor, (c) Sleeves of Pump, (d) Glain Bracket Complete, (e) Ball bearing of Pump (6305Z), (f) Overhauling Charges, (g) Alignment of Pumpset, (h) Opening and fitting of Pumpset at site.
