All as per item No here-in-above but in skirting with 10 mm thick backing coat in CM ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made chequered cement conc. Tiles 200mm x200mm x 25 mm/ 300 X300 X 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) , finished concrete surfaces even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
