Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of high mast lighting system (as per PLG 07 of ILP UK technical report no 7 of ILE UK /IS:875 Part-1-2015//BSEN10025/ and IS:2062) consisting of totally hot dip galvanized by piecewise single dipped method high mast, lantern carriage suitable for up to 12 nos luminaries with welded arm (excluding luminaries), mast head frame assembly with full cover, including 1 No. LED 15 Watts aviation obstruction lights, double drum type self sustaining winch, integral power tool accessible from door with padlocking arrangement (winch motor with control circuit) hot dipped galvanized heavy duty pipe lightening finial, Stainless steel 6 mm dia. wire ropes (AISI 316, 7/19 construction 3 no. rope for lantern carriage & 2 no. rope for winch assembly) foundation bolt, torque limiter, EPR insulated PCP sheathed 5 core x 2.5 Sqmm trailing cable, including outdoor type control panel for auto on / off, reverse / forward motor operation. The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510) cut and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic jointed and welding as per BS 5135 etc. Height of High mast - 16 Mtrs; High mast & Lights should be of same make. Make - Crompton, Philips, Wipro or equivalent as per list of Approved makes. Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , laying, connecting and commissioning of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, heavy duty with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or fixed on pole etc of size 25 Sqmm, 4.0 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level earth plate connected with GI strip of size 25x4mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron GI protection pipe 40mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR part I connecting to panel, including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore for watering, funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with suitable lifting handle and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type CI, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with stone crushed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cable covers class LV, type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI pipe size 50 mm dia light grade fixed on poles, walls and ceiling etc. with all fittings for protection of cable in repairs including clamps for fixing of GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.
