PROVIDING AND LAYING WATER PROOFING COATING IN GIRLS SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL, SECTOR-20B, CHANDIGARH.

Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, Beams, Walls, Ceiling, Column or other concrete surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick average depth afterwards remocal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/ pidilite/mastercrete or its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete 1:11/2:3 having average thickness 1" (3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying water coating using Single component acrylic polymer for cement based waterproof composite coating membrane, having three coats in which first coat is primer coat containing 1 part waterproof composite coating membrane : 2 part cement. Over primer coat the Geotextile fiber mesh of size 800 microns with total thickness of 900 to 1000 microns should be laid then further 2 coats 1 part waterproof composite coating membrane : 1 part cement is laid in perpendicular direction to each other the joints/grooves may be filled using cement conrete of ratio 1 :1: 2 complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :In 75x75 mm deep chase

Cleaning of roof using wire brushes including removal of grass, bushes, rubbish and disposal of malba to suitable place outside the premises.

Supply of 1st quality brick tiles 9"x 4 1/2"x 1 1/2" complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
