Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, or wall fan including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

(Refer Sl No. 22 and 28 ) (Additional + risk charge) Fixing of 50x50 Cable management and 16 x32 mini trunking vertical run inside the stone masonary of Light house tower from LH bottom to Service room , fisheres(wall plug), ss screws tools.(including all accessories like, Nylon rope, safety belt, scaffolding etc.,)

Charges for making vertical hole (core cutting) by carrying the core cutting machine in site in the stone stair case steps for laying and fixing 50x50 cable management trunking and 16 x32 mini trunking from tower bottom to tower top.

Charges for cutting the MS Plate (Approximately 22mm) in suitable size for taking 50x50 and 16x32mm cable management in the Lantern room (for Carrying the Gas cutting plant at site and cutting charges)

Charges for making horizontal hole in the size of 4" (core cutting) in the stone masonary at the bottom of tower for taking the main light power cables/ signal cables/ NAIS cables/Automation cables/ stair case lighting cables/ leased line cables etc. Where as the same were drawn through window.

Miscellaneous items for the purchase of S.S screws, SS washer, bolt & nut, insulation tape, Insulation sleeve, Fisheres(wall plug) etc.,

Labour charges for removing existing wiring such as Stair case wiring, bulk head fitting, switch boxes, cables etc

Lightning Arrester

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. (Laying form Lighthouse top to earth pit through rock)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.(For Lightning arrester) IS 2309 1969: Code of practice for the protection of building and allied structures against lightning.

Supply of 3 mtr. single length elevation pole made of “C” Class 60.8mm dia. (Outer) GI pipe. Necessary provisions shall be provided for fixing and run the insulated 3mm x 25mm copper flat laying over the GI pipe from top to bottom using ceramic insulators (Drawing Enclosed) and SS clamping arrangements for holding the GI pipe with the hand rails which should be withstand salty atmosphere and wind speed of 150km/hr.

Making earth pit charges(additional) refer Sl No.36 (for earthing) Lighthouse located rocky area difficult to digging earth pit. (Breaking the rocks etc)

(refer Sl No 35) (Additional + risk charge) Laying of 25X3mm copper strip (For vertical run) at the out side of stone masonary LH tower on surface of wall from Lighthouse tower top (lightning arrester) to LH bottom by clamping the tape at the distance of 2 feet using insulator, fisheres(wall plug), ss screws tools.(including all accessories like, Nylon rope, safety belt etc.,)

Labour Charges for removing existing copper strip from tower top to bottom and also removing the same laid over on rock

Miscellaneous items for the purchase of S.S screws, SS washer, bolt & nut, Ceramic Strip Insulators, Insulation sleeve, Fisheres, (wall plug) and works such as, aneling of copper, brazing and applying cement concrete over copper tape after laying of copper flat on rock. etc.,
