Charges for developing the borewells with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity (minimum 8 hours) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor and conducting yield test by"V" Notch methods.

Conducting electrical logging for the tubewell of any depth after illot drilling with electrical logger. The rate included technical person to conduct electrical logging at site transportation ( to and tfro) of the logger to site etc complete (Rate as per quotation)

Supply of fabricated steel kiosk of internal dimension 2.20 x 1.90m with front and rear height of 2.40m and 2.10m respectively. The fabrication of the kiosk is to be as per the details below:- The corner pillar of the Kiosk shall be single equal M.S. angle 50x50x6mm tied up at the top and bottom with 40x40x6mm angle, intermediate support of M.S. angles (2 Nos) of 40x40x6mm and also same angle for bracer shall be provided. For roof 2 Nos. of 40x40x6mm angles to be provided and for front door portion an extra angle of 40x40x6mm of 2.40m is to be provided as horizontal lintel of 0.65m of the same angle. Three numbers of 40x6mm flats for the roof of length 2.40m shall be provided. The door shall be of 0.60mx1.85m with 35mx35x5mm angle on all the four sides with an internmediate horizontal angle with cross stiffener of 40x6mm flats for the doors. The roof and sides of the Kiosk shall be of 18SWG G.I. corrugated sheet. The rate shall included the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication charges including providing of locking arrangements for the door, painting two coats of enamel paint both side and outside the Kiosk, transportation to newly erected borewell at Panayadikuppam village in Bahour Commune, Puducherry, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling with red earth (excluding rock) including cost and conveyance to the work site and stacking to the departmental gauge, spreading in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, watering and consolidation using 0.5 tonne roller , or wooden or steel rammers etc.complete for making play fields, running tracks and court yards.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3"/4" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.), complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(20 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

Supplying and fixing of 1x3x6 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-12.5HP to 20HP pumpset

Supplying and fixing of meter board of size 600mmx900mmx150mm on suitable angle frame with suitable water proof plywood 12mm thick for receiving ED supply. The board frame shall be painted and covered on all sides by 16 gauge M.S. sheet and fixed with 3 Nos. of 100 Amps fuse carrier (Havells/Standard/Anchor make) with screws etc., complete.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.
