AGM, Firm shall submit Performance Guarantee for amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract value within 30 days from, the date of PO placement. This performance guarantee shall be in the form of Bank Guarantee executed and, submitted through any scheduled commercial Bank authorized by RBI. The Performance bank guarantee shall be, valid entire warranty period plus 3 months claim period. Initially PBG validity will be 36 months from PO date. On, receipt of PBG & equipment, initial payment of 70% will be released. Balance 30% will be released on extension, of BG as per warranty term. Government of India has established NeSL under IBC2016 with objective of, executing Bank documents digitally. NeSL has come out with e-BG platform, wherein BGs are issued in electronic, form through NeSL platform. PBG shall be submitted through NeSL platform. (National E-Governance Services, Ltd). Use UIN No. NCTGC2534P to process E-PBG. (OR) TThe Bank Guarantee shall be established through, Structured Financial Messaging System (SFMS) mode from a Scheduled Commercial Bank authorized by RBI in, India as defined by RBI. A separate copy of the BG has to be sent by the issuing bank to the Purchaser’s bank, through SFMS.
