Engaging SUPERVISOR cum planning and Billing Engineer exclusively for the work/contract with WhatsApp enabled mobile no. for communication, registration of complaints, updating the status of complaints in the designated WhatsApp group. The supervisor shall arrange the necessary tools and equipments and shall give instructions to the labour/workmen for attending the complaints and shall be acting as the key person for the contract and shall extend his supports as and when sought by ESIC/Engineer – In charge with regard to the ARM works. Engaging skilled carpenter/fabricator with necessary tools and miscellaneous minor fittings such as drills machine etc for attending the day to day complaints , minor repair works, fixing / replacing the damaged fittings such as door & windows hinges/tower bolt/sliding bolt, Replacing/repair damaged wooden/steel/PVC doors/false ceiling and windows to the Hospital buildings and staff quarters including minor repairing and maintenance of doors and periodic checking of proper closing/opening of doors and windows, etc. all works connected with fising of toilet doors fittings, etc of ESI Establishments as directed by Engineer in Charge:[General shift]

Engaging skilled Plumber with necessary tools and miscellaneous minor fittings such as Telxon tape, washers, jumper valves etc for attending the day to day complaints , minor repair works, fixing / replacing the damaged fittings such as taps/ wash basins, EWC/IWC, flushing cisterns, Replacing damaged PVC/GI pipe lines, PVC rain water pipes and fittings, pumping water to the Dispensary buildings and staff quarters including minor repairing and maintenance of Pumps and periodic chlorination of open wells etc. all works connected with internal/ external water supply lines, water supply fittings/ fixtures, sanitary installations, OHT etc of ESI Establishments.[From 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Shift](2 no x 12 months).

Engaging sewer man for attending complaints on sewer/drainage lines, removing blockage in Drainage/ sewer lines, Gully traps, Manholes and Septic tanks/Cleaning of terraces up to any height with appropriate tools etc in the campuses of ESIC/ESIS Establishments.[From 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Shift](2 no x 12 months).

Engaging Helper(Technician) for assisting plumber in attending the day to day complaints of all sorts of Internal water supply/External water supply/sanitary installations /assisting carpenter in repair works/assisting manson for repair cleaning open area in campus/ assisting sewer man in clearing blockages/ clearing silting storm water drains including removing and replacing RCC covers in ESIC/ESIS Establishments.(2 no x 12 months).
