Item Running, Operation and Mtc. of RAW Water Pump, filtration unit, running of water testing laboratory for testing RAW Water and Clear Water (Physical, chemical and bacteriological tests) & clear water pump house at Water Treatment Plant Kalaka, HSVP Rewari. Running, Operation & Mtc. of Raw water pump sludge sump well of back wash motors consist of running of all the machinery and generators consist of various jobs i.e. loading and unloading of Alum. Preparation of qty. of Alum solution & dosing the Qty. of alum with the requirement of water as per direction of Lab in charge/ representative of EIC. The contractor will have to employ the skilled operating staff for smooth running of machinery. Running, operation & mtc. of filtration unit also includes the running flocculates, flash mixer, compressor for back wash, running operation & mtc. of motor for lifting the water for back wash operating & maintaining the sluice valve for removal of sludge and back was which the filtrations per required for smooth running of filtration unit. The contractor will have to employee the operator and labour for smooth functioning of filtration unit as per general condition of contract. The employee of the contractor will be bound to on/off of the machinery as per massage given by the representative of EIC from various boosting station. The contractor will maintain the record/ log book of working machinery, generator, consumption of Alum etc. as per requirement & direction of EIC The complete work for running and operation of Raw Water Pump at water treatment plant Kalaka, Rewari will have to do by the contractor with entire satisfaction of EIC & number of workman should be strictly as per analysis attached (including GST). Contractor have to deploy following manpower for operation and maintence of main WTP Kalaka. 6 Nos. Pump Attendant 1 No Lab Attendant (half shift)
