Repairs and Replacement of sewage line in Md Accn in the area of AGE B/R-II under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10

Excavation of mud/soft/loose soils in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, drain, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth including any type old pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of hard/dense soils in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 3.00m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 3.00 m in depth including any type old pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm of soil all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting 150/200mm bore of pipe to new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section, in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm nominal size (DWCPE) Double wall corrugated polyethylene pipe (SN8) including all fixing accessories or fittings like socket/spigot joint with elastomeric sealing ring, rubber ring, SILAID rubber lubricants required for laying of pipes, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm nominal size (DWCPE) Double wall corrugated polyethylene pipe (SN8) including all fixing accessories or fittings like socket/spigot joint with elastomeric sealing ring, rubber ring, SILAID rubber lubricants required for laying of pipes, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe using cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe using cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 11 above but except brick.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work surface in cement mortar (1:4) with using Water Proofing Liquid’. (Note: Water Proofing Liquid will be measure and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface/brick surface in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even and fair mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed, rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate of WPC included in quoted rate and nothing extra payble on this acount).

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ( ISI marked )

M&L for Cleaning of sewage line including connected manhole, depth n exc. 6.0 metre by using high pressure super sucker machine vehicle mounted jetting cum suction unit to be capable of air lifting of dense waste/ sludge like mud slurry, small stones, debris, grit etc from sewer lines, through vacuum mode and capable of jetting sewer lines of dia 150mm to 450mm consisting of a water tank having volumetric capacity of 5000 ltrs, including skilled driver and operator for supervising of cleaning of sewage line and also required water for jetting and removal of sludge/ silt/ liquid/sewage water/mud , sand etc. from out side of MD premises, including removing and refixing of manhole covers and making good as required, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Contractor shall arrange water for jetting, refilling of tank including labours required to be engaged in the work and rubbish off the sludge beyond MD land. 2. Cleaning of Sewage line and connected manholes shall be done after making all safety arrangements and only after making sure that their is non presence of foul gases such as methene etc in the manhole.

M&L High high pressure super sucker cum Jetty machine vehicle mounted jetting cum suction unit to be capable of air lifting of dense waste/ sludge like mud slurry, small stones, debris, grit etc cleaning of Sewage line and connected manholes shall be done after making all safety arrangements and only after making sure that their is non presence of foul gases such as methene etc in the manhole. Note:- 1. Contractor shall arrange water for jetting, refilling of tank including labours required to be engaged in the work and rubbish off the sludge beyond MD land. 2. Timing of Veh at site will be consider for 9 AM to 5 PM

Taking out manhole cover slab, cleaning of manholes depth upto 1.5 mtr by removing all silt, mud, sludge, any other materials, flushing with water to ensure clean, reset the manhole cover in same position after cleaning and testing, removal of spoils/sludge out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as manhole cover and similar work n.exc 15cm thick and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2(using 40mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers slab and similar work set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete roof floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work n.exc 15cm thick and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-35 grade, laid dry including 50 mm thick sand cushing & vibrating the pavers and joints filled with dry sand including dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and directed .

S&F SFRC manhole covers and frame medium duty of overall size 900mmX450mmX80mm thick factory made complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SFRC manhole covers 750mm x 750mm, 75mm thick with frame medium duty, M-25 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made RCC GT Cover of Size 400mm x 500mmx 50mm thick or as per site requirement with 01 No handle and 150mm dia notch at one side of cover at center at 500mm long side complete all as specfied and directed.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints of different type blockage of WC, Gully trap, bathroom, WHB, kitchen traps, Cleaning and maintenance of all rain water pipes, PVC/soil/wastage pipe running on external walls of bldgs including junction holes of any descriptions of all the mud/slude and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eye and deposting the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed etc system functional on all working days from 0900 hours to 1700 hours with T&P (such as Bamboo, cleaning rod and suitable materials/ tools) GI wire, PHAWADA, Bucket, Spikes etc incl necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure which shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by the contractor.

Note for Item No. 30 above :- (i) The complaint shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time as notifying in the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120/-per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from contractor's dues on this account. (ii) Contractor or his representative will report daily at 0900 hrs at Vikram Batra Vihar Complaint Cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's In charge, in case after checking & attending the defects, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engineer in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However tcomplaints related to sewage shall also be attended on next day whether it is 'Sunday' or 'Gazetted Holidays' and nothing extra shall be payble to contractor on this account. (iii) Contractor or his rep shall also distribute all complaint / detailing to tradesmen, monitoring the work and taking the complaint slip from trademans everyday and re-submit the same at each complaint cell of day to day complaint. If Contractor or his rep fails to attend each complaint , recovery of Rs 1000/- per day for each complaint shall be recovered from the contractor's account.

(iv) Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P (such as KHAPACHI, GI wire, PHAWADA, Bucket, Spikes,die set,sewage pump die set (1/2" to 1") washers of all size, safeda, thread (soot), M-seal, screws, nails etc including necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed. (v) In addition to above, Contractor shall arrange mechanical rodding with vibrating/ drilling concept i.e trolley mounted sewer cleaning machine as and when required as directed (Minimum once in 01 months) for cleaning entire sewage system and make free of any sludge/ blockage. (vi) The above all aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and Nothing extra shall be payble to contractor on this account.

S&F 75mm bore cast iron sand cast soil waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls/trenches or laid in vertical surfaces and including dismantling of cast iron drain pipes including fittings, jointed in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 31 but 100mm bore

S&F CI branch piece single (equal or unequal) 100 mm ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with paralled branches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm CI bends (any radius) diminishing pieces or taper (large base measured) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 34 above but 75mm bore.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length including mild steel stack clamps (as per sample) fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks with rubber ring joints fixed to walls and including taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc removal rubbish beyond MOD land including taking down of old GI/PVC Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length including mild steel stack clamps (as per sample) fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks with rubber ring joints fixed to walls and including taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc removal rubbish beyond MOD land taking down of old GI/PVC Pipe complete all as specified and directed.
