REPAIR,REPLACEMENT,MAINTENANCE OF DI,GI,CI PIPE LINES, FITTINGS, SERVICING TO WATER LEVEL INDICATORS,VALVES, UG,OH TANKS SERVICING CLEANING AND CONNECTED WORKS AT NOFRA AND OUTLAYING AREA UNDER GE(NW) NOFRA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and taking out soft/loose soil for laying of cable , pole,stay pit ,pipe line complete all as specified and directed .

Returning and filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for filling in hard standing, plinth protection of semi under tank and suport to main water supply pipe line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair and construciton of valve pit brick masonry valve with brick masonry sub class b bricks in cement mortaar 1:4 of size 75 x 75 x 75 cm (finished internal dimensions ) and 15 mm thick plaster on wall surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 and painted with extrnal emulsion paint and 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate for copping and fixing new angle iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 4 mm thick MS sheet cover two side open with 2 Nos hinges each side and 2 Nos lifting handle and in built locking arrangement including lock and key and surface with two coats of synthetic black paint over a coats of red oxide primer including preperation of mew steel surface and necessary excavation in any type of soil, including demolation of damaged existing valve pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Repair to broken brick masonry valve pit of approx size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 mtr to 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 mtr (finished internal dimensions ) and 15 mm thick plaster on wall surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 and painted with extrnal emulsion paint and 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate for copping and fixing new angle iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 4 mm thick MS sheet cover two side open with 2 Nos hinges each side and 2 Nos lifting handle and in built locking arrangement including lock and key and surface with two coats of synthetic black paint over a coats of red oxide primer including preperation of mew steel surface and necessary excavation in any type of soil, including demolation of damaged existing valve pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for repair of rusted /broken rubber packing both side of non return valve of CI body 80/ 100/150 mm bore Opening both side flanged with rubber packing including nuts bolts and wahsers etc complete asspecified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and painting external surface with cement based paint complete, colour as existing Semi under ground RCC sump of Capacity 0.10 to 0.50 lakh ltr water at pump house after draining out the water scraping out bottom and side of wall with wire brush and bleaching powder, removing scaling fungus, flushing thoroughly with clean water, applying on coat of white washing after drying inside, writing of tank capacity and date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in capital letters of 20mm size on external surface of wall with white enamel paint over black paint surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
