Annual running maintenance and operation of street light and high mast light i/c monitoring of street lights, pumps and EI of various underpass RUB Ways and underneath of flyover at North East District under Sub Division-I/M-2511 Delhi

Providing/deploying the tower wagon/Hydra (shall be GPS enabled and equipped with internet enabled dash cam Camera with front & back view option system shall provide continuous live monitoring of the wagon to the control room via app) with aerial lift platform of suitable height for attending routine and breakdown maintenance of street lights, high mast lights, and allied electrical installations, including provision of driver, fuel, lubrication, tools & tackles, safety equipment, and all incidental charges i/c cartage of dismantled pole to PWD store complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- In case an emergency the contractor shall provide the required wagon at site within 3 hrs. of being directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. In the event of failing by the contractor to provide the wagon within the stipulated time, the department shall be at liberty to arrange the wagon on its own. The expenditure incurred by the department for arranging the wagon shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill at the prevailing market rate without any further notice to the contractor.

Providing of Wireman and Khallasi for day to day attending complain of Street lights, High Mast, Security lights, underpass lights, Flyover lights, feeder pillars, cables, with the help of tower wagon, ladder and all other relevant equipment T & P as required for smooth, healthy & proper illumination on road & attending all type of complaints from PWD portal WIMS, PGMS, LG Listening, CP Grams etc. including watch and ward of installed electrical equpement & instruct department i/c inspection report of roads submit to concern JE(E) & updating the inventory regularly (including addition/Removal of poles/ High Mast pole fitting / Feeder Pillars) all days including Sunday & Holiday. All electrical complaints related to sub division-1/M2511 Minimum Staff to be deployed at site for attending complaints. a) Wireman – 3 Nos. (on all days i/c Sunday and Holidays) b) Khallasi – 3 Nos. (on all days i/c Sunday and Holidays) Note:- 8 hours duty per shift as per road traffic movement

Comprehensive maintenance i/c preventive maintenance and Operation of Substation of 11 KV / 415 V, 315 KVA substation at shastri park comprising of transformer, HT/LT panel round the clock on all the days i/c Sundays & holidays and general maintenance of E.I & Fans. Comprehensive and preventive maintenance of substation, includes inspection, testing, cleaning of substation, HT/LT panels, bus-bars, cable terminations and joints, tightening/replacement of worn-out or defective joints, thimbles, lugs, glands, cables, fuses, relays, meters, indicators, indication lamps and other associated components; cleaning and blowing of substation, panels and electrical equipment; checking of insulation, connections and cable terminations; checking and rectification of oil leakage, if any; testing of earthing system and earth resistance at regular intervals, checking for earth faults, insulation faults, loose connections, overheating and abnormal conditions, and immediate rectification thereof; including all labour, tools, tackles, testing instruments, consumables, spares and replacement of defective/worn-out minor parts necessary for safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of the substation, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The job also includes recording of all parameters like HT & LT voltages, current, power factor etc. & routing periodical checking & testing as per terms and conditions and as per inventory attached. a) Wireman – 3 Nos (Round the clock) b) Khallasi cum watchman – 1 Nos (General Shift)

Hiring of one number commercial inspection vehicle (the vehicle shall be in good condition and the model shall not be more than 2 years old) for inspection and supervision of street light and storm water pumps in trans Yamuna area of various sites under Sub Division M-2511 for all days excluding Sunday i/c cost of maintenance/Insurance/Duties/Driver/POL Toll tax/ State border tax & other charges (8 Hrs per day upto 2400 Kms Per Month) as per Engineer -in-charge Complete etc. as required.

Prevention of Electric Shock/Electrocution through Patrolling of Street Light Installations: To prevent electric shock/electrocution to the public, commuters, cattle/animals and any other person/animal due to current leakage or electrical faults in street-light installations, daily patrolling of Delhi PWD roads pertaining to North East Area, Sub-Division /M-2511, as per inventory attached (Annexure-K), shall be carried out by the agency using a GPS-enabled two-wheeler with helper cum driver - 1 No. and wireman - 1 No. with fuel, Insurance, PUC and other maintenance charges and mobile phone with internet connection. All street-light poles, fixtures, feeder pillars, cables, connections and earthing shall be inspected, particularly for current leakage, defective earthing, exposed/loose connections, damaged poles/ cables and other hazardous conditions. Contractor should provide necessary T & P such as earth tester, megger etc. to the staff at all the time. Contractor should perform and maintain insulation test and earth test for each and every pole, feeder pillar and other electrical accessories and submit weekly report/register to the department. Any such defect shall be immediately reported to the PWD department by the agency for necessary safety measures and rectification. Photographic evidence and daily reports shall be maintained and submitted through electronic means as prescribed. The work shall be executed in accordance in accordance with enclosed terms and conditions and instructions issued by the competent authority from time to time. Note: The concerned electrical contractor shall be responsible and liable for any current leakage or electrical fault in street-light installations under his jurisdiction causing electric shock/electrocution or any consequential incident.
