Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc.as required. Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre as required

Suppling of channel iron 75 mmx40 mmx6mm 7.14 kg per meter cross arm for 4 wire overhead line complete with clamp, bolt&nuts etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins, bolts &nuts etc and painting with primmer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mmx40 mmx6mm 7.14 kg per meter cross arm for 2 wire overhead line complete with clamp, bolt &nuts etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins, bolts &nuts etc and painting with primmer and finish paint as required.

Erection of angle /channel iron/ cross arm on RCC/PCC/steel tubular/pole etc. as required.

Erection of all aluminum conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm diameter including binding etc.as required.(0.147Kg/Mtr)

Erection of G.I wire No 8 SWG including binding etc as required.(10 mtr/Kg)

Supply & Erection sackle insulator LV/MV ,100 mm x 110 mm complete with GI spindle with nut & strap etc.

Supply & Erection Pin insulator LV/MV, 100 mm x 80 mm complete with GI spindle with nut etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres longstay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mmX 60 cm ), 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Earthing with Chemical Earth Pit Complete Set, Length 3000 millimeter dia 76mm copper bonded, Material of Construction- High tensile-low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded by high conductivity copper on outer surface, Peak Current 80KA or more Min short circuit current carrying capacity -30 KA (RMS) for 1 sec, Diameter 76 millimeter, Length 3000 millimeter, Minimum copper coating thickness -250 micron or more with chemical and pit cover.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Erection of New/repaired HPSV /LED lights on the metallic pole as per instruction of Engineer in charge /Supervisor.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper /aluminum over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. (4 wire cross arm with clamp and nut bolt-8.50 kg,2 wire cross arm with clamp, nut and bolt-3.2 kg , sackle insulator 300gm,Pin insulator-300 gm ,Stay set wire, eye hook etc LS-4 kg, GI wire-10mtr/kg.)

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/structure embedded in cement concrete foundation etc as required.

Erection of LV/MV shackle or pin insulators as required.

Shifting of dismantling /New metallic poles in the mines premises (from pole stock yard to erection work site/Dismantled work site to pole stock site) by departmental truck. (Cost per shifting one pole is given)

Provide of 8 SWG GI wire for running earth for the erected poles G.I wire.

Supply and Fixing of 50 mm X 6 mm flat iron for running earth clamp

Supply and fixing of Cradle guard for overhead line by providing GI wire, Angle iron, and channel iron with nuts and bolts as required.

Transportation of 10 mtr to 12 mtr long steel tubular electric pole from Jagannath store or other store to kaniha OCP including loading, unloading stacking wherever required, Truck/Trawler will be provided by contractor.

Supplying and erection of two lengths channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm (7.14 kg/mtr) double pole cross arm for three wire MV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mmx6mm MS flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulators pins/fittings, bolts, nutc and washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering upto 185 sqmm

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection Metal Oxide Lightning Arresters without Gaps with 12 KV,10 KA. Polymer type with holding acessories, Conformity of the specification as per IS:3070 (Part 3):1993 latest. For Three Phase (set of 3 nos.)
