Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Non-skid/matt finish Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11sqm area of each tiles in floor/ steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic tiles 450x300x 8-10 mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Granite (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut fixed on slab,window cill etc , bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, moulding & polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base for flooring/levelling coarse etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 wring using(40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/hard-standing/path finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concretetype D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering to concrete or block masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces, 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of high sheen, Anti-Fungal, Excellent Stain Resistant interior plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
