Item no.1 Comrehensive Maintenance and Operation Of Electric Crematorium and LPG crematorium at smashanbhumi in MBMC area. Scope Of Work :- 1) Including Providing Operator for Cremation Process at LPG Crematorium & Electrical Crematorium System, ensuring both Fixed as well as On Call Presence at Various Crematorium within MBMC Area. as Requirement Instructed by Site Supervisor and Engineer Incharge 2) Include With Multi electric furnace and Multi scruber unit & Required chemney. including all Electric periodical maintenance, Repairing of Electromechanical Equipements of System, switch gears, accessories, internal bed bricks and heating Elements (Coil) , Temp. Controller, Thermocouple Switches, Spray Nozzel, Chain, Trolly, Bearing, Insulation lining for door and required ,material fixture, tools etc. 3) accessories and includes all repairs and maintenance of DG Set with B check on every six months. Inform to Filling of required fuel (Diesel) in DG for operation with maintain the level of fuel to operate DG for minimum Eight hours, Maintenance of all consumable Parts of oil Filters, fuel filters, Belt and Servicing /includes daily checkup of all system and maintaining daily. 4) Submitting monthly report of crematorium to concern officer. 5) Include All Work of Existing Old Rusted and Damaged Exhast Hood Removing And Replacing New Required Exhaust Hood Fitting with All New Ducting Pipes and Exhast Motor work. 6) Compulsary Providing High Resistance Temperature paint on All System in Every 6 Month Interval. 7) Including Every 3 Month Interval Cleaning and Overhauling Of Ducting Pipes, Scrubber Systems, Chimney System And Electrical panels For Operating Blower Pump Motor Process Applied for Electrical Crematorium,LPG Crematorium And Wooden Creamtorium System. 8) Repairing and replacement of All Necessary Fire Bricks Work of LPG Crematorium & Electrical Crematorium. Including Replace and reparie of LPG Gas Burner as per require Site Condition 9) Repairing and replacement of All Necessary Electrical Circular Heater elements with monthly inspection report as per require Site situation Condition
