Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of floor mounted/pole mounted indoor/outdoor type transformer for the following capacity by cleaning/rubbing with course cloth wire brushes to remove dust deposits, oil, grease and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete including writing the SM No./MES No. on transformers with white paint and black rectangular back ground in the existing style/pattern complete all as specified and directed.
Transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 200 KVA.
Transformer of capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA.
Material and labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing in repairs following spare parts required for repair of transformer/junction Box/Panel:-
Aluminium Lugs of 95 to 150 Sqmm size for LT/HT Cable.
Aluminium Lugs of 240 to 400 Sqmm size for LT/HT Cable.
Disconnecting of Electric supply from HT/LT side of Transformar and drain out transformer oil completely, storing the oil in suitable container/barrels properly cleaned ones (to be provided by the contractor) lifting the transformer from the sub station and shifting to civil workshop and opening the top cover. and Taking out core Assembly , removing the same and fixing including of high quality suitable rating sleeve insulating materials like varnish etc, complete after necessary arrangement necessary insulation spacing blocks, runners and proper refixing of core including proper drying/ovening has to be done in drying chamber after drying/Ovening, taking the core coil assembly, filling the filtered transformer oil, replacement of suitable size rubberized cork gasket, bolts and nuts etc complete by fixing top cover, conservator etc, through cleaning the transformer complete and testing complete at civil workshop. Shifting of transformer from civil workshop to sub station and Installation of transformer, testing and connecting the both HT & LT cables, commissioning of transformer after checking voltage and loading the transformer to the full load all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) HT & LT copper coil/ strips and insulation material PCB electrical grade such as barriers coil to coil insulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item schedules. (ii) Proper drying has to be done in drying chamber after drying, taking the core coil assembly, filling the filtered transformer oil, replacement of suitable size rubberized cork gasket, bolts and nuts etc complete by fixing top cover, conservator etc, through cleaning the transformer complete and testing complete at civil workshop. (iii) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (iv) The cost of coil will be inclusive of varnish sleeving and insulating material.
Transformer of capacity 63 kVA to 200 kVA.
Transformer of capacity 250 kVA to 315 kVA.
Transformer of capacity 400 kVA to 500 kVA.
Supply only new LT copper strips/Coil made out of proper size of DPC copper strips super enameled of high quality matching with the existing impedances and insulation, coil will be inclusive of varnish sleeving for 63 to 500 kVA transformer all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
Supply only new HT copper coil/Strips made out of proper size DPC copper wire super enameled of higher quality matching with the existing impedance and insulation, coil will be inclusive of varnish sleeving for 63 to 500 kVA transformer all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
Supply only insulation material PCB electrical grade such as barriers coil to coil insulation block and rings insulation cylinders, ebonite sleeves complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing with replacement HT(11 KV ) bushing assembly including brass stud nuts washers insulators etc. suitable for indoor/ outdoor transformer of capacity 63 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
