Part A: Labour Wage Component & Liveries

Payment of wages of three(03) labour for grass cutting, jungle cutting, pruning trimming of trees & maintaining of horticulture of ERPL, BPS.

Providing one set of liveries to each manpower. For details refer to clause of SCC of tender docuemnt. The contractor has to submit originalbill,upon verification of which by EIC, payment will be reimbursed.(Note:-Rate is for each manpower

Part 'B': Miscellaneous Civil works.

40 mm thick cement concrete Flooring with P.C.C. of grade mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete :

Brickwork (Non Modular)-In foundation & plinth: Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : In CM 1:4 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

1:1.5:3 [1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area up to 2.5 SQM including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, preparing and plastering the wall surface etc. complete, including disposal of rubbish at unobjectionable area outside Ownder's premises, all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trench, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Aluminium paint: Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)One or more coats on old work

Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.

Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. [Note: Unit "EA" shall mean "PER LETTER PER CM HEIGHT"].

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required :In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
