REPAIR TO FENCING, COMPOUND WALL AND PATHWAY OF ARC AND GTC UNDER GE SHILLONG

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry etc., and making good disturbed in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 , Type C2 (40mm gradd stone aggregate) as in fixing of RCC/PCC post or similar type of works etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including, line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire etc. including dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link fencing any size or type as approved by GE complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and dircted.

S & F MS Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors and gate repair works, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-500D complete all as specified.

M & L 10 mm dia MS round bars as holding bars for chain link fencing fixed at top and bottem, including linking one to another horigontal bar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( 12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course of tile flooring etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in eat cement slurry in floors with grey pigments cement and pigments and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic heavy duty exterior colour tiles (premimum / Special quality) 8-10 mm thick , (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of Broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade With Grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade With Grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 TypeB0 (12.5mm graded aggregate)in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, coping of edges of Interlocking paver block ,kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded agg) as in plinth protection incl finishing even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20mm graded agg) as in path incl finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

Demolition of Precast cement concrete block walling in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded agg) solid block masonry exc 10cm in width or girth and setting CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cover slab RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in CM (1:6) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape etc as required and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not les than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 in two coats (10mm and 5mm thick) mixed with water proofing compound with 5mm thick layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cm (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only for water proofing compound.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining, fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provisioning of galvanised mild steel wire, staples of steel pins etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of white or tinned with cement base paint over priming coat on exterior wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
