Painting the Statue (special Nature ) one coat with best quality colour and brand including washing the statue with soap and soda water ordinary scrapping by sand paper, brushing high scaffolding charges and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Re lacquering the Labour Statue in Satin black, clearing the Pedestal followed by application with premium emulsion as per matching shade including cost of material with necessary scaffolding charges etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Repainting the old iron work two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour and brand including thorough scrapping preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting one coat of water proof cement paint (terra cotta colour) as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for Conveying the following material by lorry from Marina Garden Nursery to Labour statue at Marina with a lead of 1km and back to Marina Garden Nursery including loading and unloading at the places etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Flag Post

Flower Pots.

Supply of satin flag NR quality to a size of 2.00m length and 0.93 width of different colour including cost of cloth and stitching charges as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour Charges for erecting the flag posts on either side of the Kamarajar Salai and Walajah road places shown by the departmental officers including watch and ward charges and removing the same after the function is over etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for arranging flower pots in the Kamarajar Salai and Walajah road around Labour Statue and in other places shown by the Departmental officers.

Renewing the existing damaged pully roller arrangements in the national flag post infront of Labour statue with new pully roller using welding machine including labour and hire charges for welding machine and refixing the same in position using welding rods and painting the flat post with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including scaffolding charges if necessary and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the placard and signage direction indication board with 1" MS square tube of height 3' from ground level with necessary leg support of required thickness and size as specified by the departmental officers of the stand etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clearing the war memorial and sorrounding compound wall surface with air compressor with 8kg/cm2 air pressure along with soap oil and water and dirt peneltrated in to the granite will be removed by hydro blasting till granite colour is obtained including scafolding charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour without primer including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Rewriting the letter engraved portion in the war memorial statue and other surroundings surface etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Conducting the Topographical survey work using the latest, state of the art models of ELECTRONIC TOTAL STATIONS (Theodolite with Disto meter) using the instrument SOKKIA make of Japan. It Consists of the nature and scope of work such as, Location of all topo features like buildings outer lines, water supply and sanitary lines, road lighting poles, Road details, electric line, Telephone lines and telephone poles, underground drainages, Bushes limits, bore well & Surrounding details. Taking spot levels at every 10 meters interval contours at 2.5m interval. The rate does not cover the labour for clearing the bushes and obstructions and debries if found in the field work necessary drawings in view of Two colour prints of the survey drawing using AUTOCAD format, one computerized CD containing the above drawing. All the above works are identified and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the earth debries using tipper machinery from work spot and dumping the same into low lying area to a distance of 3 Km away from the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
