Submersible pump test rig
Submersible Pump test rig - closed circuit type • The test rig to consist of an openwell submersible pump suitable for determining its characteristics. The test pump is of size 25mm and driven by a 1.0 HP single phase 230 Volts, 50Hz electric motor. A stop watch and MS Collecting tank of size 0.5mx0.5x0.6m and an energy meter is provided to measure the input power to the pumpset. • Also standard accessories include switch, flow control gate valve, foot valve and piping system with suitable pressure taps to fix the pressure and vacuum gauges which are also provided. • A sump tank of size 0.5mx1.0mx0.5m with suitable drain is provided to store water. A strong iron stand fitted with wheels support the complete test rig. The unit is movable. All tanks are provided with FRP lining for total rust protection
