Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Change over panel for 750KVA DG set no.3 with associated works at Telephone Bhawan, Bhubaneswar

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of metal clad, floor mounted, free standing, totally enclosed, cubicle type, dust and vermin proof, indoor M.V. Change Over panel suitable for 3 Phase , 4 wire , 415V, 50HZ AC supply made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA Sheet for frame work and covers ,rear panels, tops, internal elements, load bearing members and doors & 3mm thick for gland plate (s) comprising of the following electrical accessories, bus bars, indicators etc. with detachable gland plates at top & bottom for incoming and outgoing cable entries, lifting hooks, ventilation louvers at both sides, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 75mm x 50mm x 5mm, interconnections with suitable size aluminium strips, powder coated with seven tank process treatment with approved shade & color, sign writing with suitable engraved in white on black nameplates for all switch gears, bus bars, indicators & cable alleys. Panel must have IP 42 protection, providing GI earth studs at both bottom sides of the panel & interconnection with 25mm x 5mm solid copper strip as per the approved drawing and direction of the Engineer in charge conforming to applicable standards etc. complete as required. The general construction of electrical panel shall conform to IS 8623:93. (The panel must be fabricated and assembled by the CPRI approved Panel Manufacturer having CPRI approval in appropriate rating of the Electrical panel). The complete drawing and design of the Panel shall be got approved by the Engineer-in- charge before construction) (Item sl.nos. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 & 1.4 are comprising of 1 job)

ON LOAD CHANGE OVER SWITCH: 1000Amp, 415 V, 4 Pole Manual Onload Change Over Switch Disconnectors (Open execution type) conforming to IS/IEC 60947-3 with terminal shrouds, source separators, phase barriers, staggered terminals for making cable terminations easy, suitable for both horizontal as well as vertical mountings within built 2 C/O auxiliary contacts and Flip-able operating handle kit etc. complete as required. (Make- L&T - CO51000OOOO/ equivalent model of Siemens /Schneider Electric)- 1 no.

BUS BARS: 4 Strip solid aluminum bus bar of minimum 1250 Amps Capacity having suitable size with extended terminals for connecting the incoming cables with fixing on support insulators, heat shrinkable coloured sleeves & i/c DMC/SMC bus bar cross sections, brass alloy nuts, bolts and washers etc. for withstanding fault level of 31MVA for 1 second complete as reqd. - 01 set.

INDICATIONS :(i) RYB Phase Indicating LED lamps (22.5mm) - 02sets.

CONTROL WIRINGS AND INTERLOCKINGS: The control wiring is to be made with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable with suitable control fuses. Suitable ratings MCBs for control circuits, Connector blocks with DIN channels etc. complete as required. All the control wires/cables are to be numbered with ferrules etc. as required.

Supply of the following sizes XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor armoured cable 1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 etc. as required. (Make- Polycab/Havells/Gloster/ Universal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Size above 185 Sqmm & upto 400 Sqmm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing Duct/Air as required.

Size above 185 Sqmm & upto 400 Sqmm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Size above 185 Sqmm & upto 400 Sqmm. (Clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supply and making MV cable end terminations with brass compression gland and copper / aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper/aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm) Aluminium conductor armoured cable

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit (Tubular Sleeve version) including all required jointing materials for 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm) size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 2.0mm thick Rubber mat as per IS 15652:2006 having high electrical insulation resistance, 100% shock proof, fire retardant, moisture proof, washable type suitable for providing at electrical panels etc. as required.
