Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kind of soil.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix

Taking out R.C.C cover from drain/open channel of average size 670x370x70mm including demolishing of minor R.C.C. /C.C work manually/ by mechanical means and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: No extra cement in design mix shall be payable separately. . All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M15 grade with minimum cement content of 240 kg /cum

Providing and laying 80mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -40 grade made by PLC block making machine with strong vibratory compaction in required stages, of approved size,colour, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Laying factory precast saucer drain of M-35 grade of size 300mmx300mm having edge thickness 80mm & 35mm crown depth in curve shape , including setting in position , fixing along footpath kerb stone to the required level and line over a bed of 20 mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), having joint thickness not more than 5mm except on curve, including filling of joints with same cement mortar and making grooves etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 gradecement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat,reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete
