M & L two coats of cement base paint over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty on newly plastered surface of walls to match the existing colour incl preparation the surface complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Oil Bound distemper over 1mm thick wall putty on new wall surafce, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of white putty in patches as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls. ceiling, chajja by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc, washing rubbing down and stopping of previously untreated/painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, white or tinted all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

Taking down old existing roof treatment of any type including mud fuska & brick tile and removing from MoD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of roof slab/chajja with sweeping with brooms, removing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing building old materials etc. (broken tiles, broken bricks, broken others building materials) to a distance of 1500m (out side of MoD land), beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as spfd and as directed by engr-in-charge

Demolition of cement concrete of any type description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified

Surface preparation of all foreign material such as grass roots dust/mud etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes including 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in roof for maint the uniform slope and applying cement screed bed of 10 mm thick 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement as per manufacture instruction with APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE, weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and clear thickness of membrane not less than 3 mm thickness, on newly prepared surface with overlap while torching shall be 100mm on length side & 100mm on width side of memberance as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specifid and as directed with the following description. (a) Apply evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (b) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm as IInd course. (c) Laying of APP modified polymeric membrane as a IIIrd course. (d) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as a forth course.

M&L for 50mm thick (minimum) cement concrete M-20 (nominal mix) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing power as per manufacturers instructions with proper slope towards spouts on bottom surface in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing powder as per manufactures instructions on vertical side of sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm all over on bottom & vertical sides of the sunken portion. Note :- sunken portion shall be tested for water tightness by ponding water for 72 hours, the defect of leakage seepage if any shall be rectified till elimination complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
