Consent & authorization letter from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for technical support to be provided for executing subject work. The OEM/bidder should have a minimum experience of 05 years for the tendered materials supplied to any Govt Utilities as on the date of submission of bid. The supporting documents like DWA, PO, Performance Certificates for the same to be provided
Along with this the OEM/bidder should provide registered documents such Companys Certificate of Incorporation/ Memorandum of Association/ Article of Association of the company in case of Registered Companies under companies act/ Partnership deed in case of Partnership Firm, Registration Certificate of establishment, GoK.
The Tenderer shall be individual Proprietorship firm or Partnership firm or Private firm or Company Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013.Note: For other than proprietorship, the Bidder shall furnish the registered partnership deed and Power of Attorney.
The bidder should have valid GST registration with GSTIN number & PAN Card.Note: The successful bidder who has GST registration in other states should have GST registration in the State of Karnataka mandatorily at the time of execution of the Contract Agreement.b) ESI Registration Certificate.c) EPF Registration Certificate.
The OEM/bidder should have carried out Similar nature/type of works of the same voltage class or higher class of voltage specified in the scope of work or similar nature of work in KPTCL/ESCOMs or any Govt Utility undertakings etc., during the previous 5 years (FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) and should be in successful operation for at least Two years as on the date of bid opening. The bidder should have Mandating satisfactory completion for at least one similar work to an extent of 50percent of the cost of the work. (The bidder should have Executed in any one Financial year, the minimum quantities of work (usually 50% of the peak annual rate of construction).
The offer of the bidders taking deviations in following clauses will be summarily rejected.- No Deviation Certificate for Validity of offer, Earnest Money Deposit, Contract performance security, Payment terms, Guarantee, Penalty, Stipulated Delivery Schedule, Price Basis, Type test, Change in offered quantity against tendered quantity.
Power of Attorney in favour of all the persons signing the documents on Rs.500/- stamp paper.(Power of Attorney in favour of all the persons signing the documents and a certified copy by the Company Secretary/Authorized Signatory for power of attorney holder shall be attached as evidence for authentication.
Letter of Undertaking on Rs.100/- stamp paper for 180 days of bid validity.
If part or full price sheets or prices are exposed in the Techno-Commercial Sheets or Techno-Commercial Bid by the Bidder, then the offer of the Bidder will be rejected.
To be qualified for Award, Bidder/Tenderer shall provide satisfactory evidence to the Owner of their capability and adequacy of resources to carry out the Contract effectively. And further necessary Type Test Reports shall be furnished by the bidder issued by the CPRI/ERDA, NABL laboratory for all the tests conducted as per the relevant IEC/IS standard of the tendered material. The Bidder shall furnish type test certificates not older than Seven Years as on the date of bid opening.
Description of the Tools & Plant available with them for execution of the Work.: Each tenderer should further demonstrate a)availability by owing at leat 50% of the required/specified key & critical equipment for this work & b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/hire basis for all works. Commitment/agreement for availability of the works to be furnished.
The bidder should furnish GTPs/ technical specifications for the tendered materials.
The Tenderer/Bidder shall possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission and shall upload the same along with other Bidding documents failing which the offer will be rejected.
The bidder should provide Self Declarations for following arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. i. Litigation, Blacklisting iii.Risk & Cost clause and where the work is not completed/charged, Not sharing the Land Border iv.No-Deviation Certificate from the last date of Submission of the bid
The OEM/bidder has to enclose copies of PO /DWA along with Performance Certificates issued by Govt Utilities. The performance certificates enclosed to be in successful operation for at least a minimum period of Two years as on the date of bid opening. Bidders shall have to upload the performance certificates. (The performance certificates shall be consisting of commissioning date of material, so that minimum period of two years performance of the material can be ascertained from the date of commissioning of material to the date of issue of Performance certificate to the material) issued by an officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer(Ele)., of any Govt Electrical Utility to be uploaded.
Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under:Assessed Available Tender Capacity: (AxNx2.5-B)Where A-Maximum value of works executed (KPTCL & Non-KPTCL) in any one year during the last five years (updated to FY 2024-2025) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited.B-Value, at FY 2024-2025 price level of existing commitments (KPTCL & Non-KPTCL)and on-going works (KPTCL & Non-KPTCL) to be completed during the next 1(One)year.Note:(i)The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.(ii)A self-declaration is to be uploaded by the Tenderer stating that the information with regard to assessed available tender capacity (Works on Hand) furnished are correct.
Bidder shall be financially sound and shall submit audited financial statement certified by CA with UDIN for last five years preceding the date of Bid submission. Bidder shall have adequate knowledge of Sub-Stations and Transmission Lines Design procedures including Quality Control and shall have infrastructure and Erection facilities and capacity to execute the Works. In the last five financial years FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025 period, achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 55,52,193/-
The liquid assets & availability of credit facilities of no less than 30% of the requirement(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc.,(usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 03 months in peak construction period) i.es Rs. 16,65,658/- as on August-2026 as per Annexure
