Repairs to ceiling and periodical Services (Painting) of CNC (13) Section inside SAF

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and rendering 15mm thick 1:4 cement plaster using cement slurry on fair faces of brick work. Cement Make- ACC, lafarge, KC or equivalent. Test certificate of cement is required during sample approval. Specifications of material used should conform to clause no. 4.3,4.4 & their sub clauses of MES SSR 2009, Part-1

Chipping off all loose mortar, concrete, plaster using suitable tools from ceiling , cleaning the substrate with wire brush then providing & applying one coat of Rearm Rust R or equivalent over exposed corroded reinforcement and allow for 15-30 minutes or as per manufacturer instructions, then wash with sufficient quantity of water to make the reinforcement free from rust, then applying two coats of FloArm Coat ZP a zinc rich epoxy primer or equivalent to protect reinforcemnt from further rusting allow it to dry as per manufacturer instructions then applying 10mm thick ReArm crete RM-HS a polymer modified repairing mortar for providing cover to reinforcement, having compressive strength not less then 55mpa @28 days over a bond coat with ReArm Bond EBA epoxy bonding agent having minimum 50mpa compressive strength @ 07 days, tensile & shear strength should be minimum 18mpa and 10mpa @ 14 days respectively. The maufacturer of chemical must be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified. Work must be carried out by authorised applicator of maufacturer only. Working & adjacent area must be covered by suitable arrangements so that machines installed in section may be protected. (Chemical manufacturer:- Myk Arment, Sika or equivalent). Firm must provide Quality assurance certificate of material from manufacturer before use in work.

M&L for rendering 05 mm thick 1:3 cement plaster using cement slurry on ceiling Cement Make- ACC, lafarge, KC or equivalent. Test certificate of cement is required during sample approval. Specifications of material used should conform to clause no. 4.3,4.4 & their sub clauses of MES SSR 2009, Part-1

M&L for Chalk whiting, on new plastered surfaces on walls, preparatory to distempering including prepration work as approved by EIC All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.12 subclause no. 15.12.2 ,15.12.3 , 15.12.5 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work.

M&L for Chalk whiting, on new plastered surfaces on ceiling, preparatory to distempering including prepration work as approved by EIC. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.12 subclause no. 15.12.2 ,15.12.3 , 15.12.5 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash on old decorated surfaces in ceiling mixed with blue & gum shade and material as approved by EIC All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.12 subclause no. 15.12.2 ,15.12.3 , 15.12.5 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work.

M&L for applying 02 two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls , white or tinted, including prepraring work etc on old surfaces of walls. complete, shade and material as approved by EIC before use in work. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.14 subclause no. 15.14.2.2 ,15.14.5 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved

M&L for applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over old painted, plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including prepration of old painted surfaces material & shade as approved by EIC before use in work. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 17.9 & 17.10 subclause no. 17.9.4,17.9.6, 17.9.7,17.10.1 ,17.10.2 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved

All the work must be executed as per clause no. 17.6 & 17.10 subclause no. 17.6.4,17.6.5, 17.10.1 & 17.10.2 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved by EIC
