Repairs to pot holes, any depth but, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water,scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming ,and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 kg per 10 Sqm of surface,Putting in & including bituminous premix bituminous macadam and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm.laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense mix concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (Fliller) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer ( Paving bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30) at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of surface laying bituminous premix macadam complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of Viscosity Grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

Making lines, dashes arrows letters using stencil like STOP, GO etc. of any description not exc 15 cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic paint road marking paint 2.5 mm thick mixed with glass beads@ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200 degree Celcius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control complete all as specified and as directed

Cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Delinator having two high performance 100mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mmx23mm fixed on both sides of guide post made of ABS plastic and fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1010 mm height (approx weight of 1.76 Kg) including necessary earth work in any type of soil, including necessary block of size 300x300x300 mm of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 necessary form work etc. fixed in repairs. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully before resurfacing of road and refixing after resurfacing of road, same Road studs/cat eye of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), with and including removing of demolished materisls from site to a distance not exceeding 500m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light trafficparking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light trafficparking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 Type-B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, and the like including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix, 75 mm thick, as in sub base of floors, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, with greay cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed

Near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coat of fluorescent paint over one coat of primer on concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous speed breaker of size 70 to 75cm width & 14 cm thick in curvelinear profile made out of SDAC (semi dense asphaltic concrete) and designed so dynamically and compacted that it can bear maximum load on it. The shape and legth shall be as required complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC Hump speed breaker with 365 mm width & 50 mm hump height ( Model no : DA 1008) in yellow and black colour .The shape and legth shall be as required complete all as specified and as directed.
